I don't think it's good for kids but you're kind of required to have a phone for normal living these days.

I do not see any issue with a child having a phone/tablet/PC or access to the internet, but to trust any child let alone a teenager is simply asking for trouble, as evidenced by what we are currently witnessing. This would risk his license since he is not licensed to practice is Virginia or California, so it would be unethical to give professional advice. Trusting your law license on the ability of Ralph or Faith to remain silent is something unimaginable. Not to mention if a lawyer had written it, it would be far more verbose and not contradict itself in multiple places.
