I've taken three professional psychologist administered IQ tests in my life (Two of them WISC when I was a kid, one of them WAIS when I was 18 ), and scored above the 99.999th percentile on each, and two people I'm close with in life also have scored similarly. I'm a lazy degenerate coomer who hasn't really accomplished anything in life, one of the other 'geniuses' I know fucked around and screwed himself out of becoming a doctor with a full ride medical school scholarship, and the third dropped out of college because he was too lazy and is also a hoarder. And we're all technically 'geniuses' and in the top percentiles for IQ.
I'd argue that from what I've seen and experienced, having a high IQ can kind of fuck you over, since from a young age you're a top performer in school without having to put in any real effort, but that shit eventually catches up with you, and when it does you find you didn't develop the work ethic that everyone else gained from things not coming naturally to them.

Same here IQ test 111 however my old lady scored 110 and she has 4x times the education I have. IQ may be only part of the equation but it's great indicator of ones problem solving abilities.
