It's such a troon thing to claim menstruation and period are two different things... it's not. You do not have an actual period unless you menstruate. Random symptoms that plenty of women don't even get are not a period.

Strangely enough I've never seen a troon claim to ovulate, even though ovulation is triggered by hormones and has plenty of fetishizable aspects to it like clearer skin, shinier hair, higher sex drive, body preparing for a possible pregnancy, etc. And unlike periods, there's no visible physical aspects to ovulation they'd obviously be lacking- I mean women release an egg and everything, but unlike period blood it's not something you can actually see.
