Dax isn't going to get popped for anything. Even if he... hypothetically... helped Faith procure a false ID, it's California. Those things are favored more by border jumpers than kids looking to get wasted. Hence, Cali doesn't want to appear "racist" by actually enforcing their fucking laws.

No, his downfall will be more hilarious. I predict that Digibro (or maybe somebody else with similar perversions) will get popped, and Dax will look and act like an idiot in defense of them. That could very well be the beginning of his (entirely non-legal) downfall. Plenty of people can't stand pedos. Certain other people possibly hate Dax more than pedos, but realize how much people hate pedos.

As to the second group, I could totally see a trash outlet like Jezebel doing a hitpiece on "an evil misogynist" and his defense of pedophilia. Dax will rage about it. Possibly call the writer a stupid landwhale. Other outlets will pick it up, either seeing the potential of the drama or to white knight one of their own. He'll rage some more. Ultimately he'll either rage himself out of an audience in defense of his pedo friend(s), Patreon will pull the plug over the stupid shit he says, or both.

Reading back through Vickers tweets I noticed a few things:

-He tweets that he's going through the discord messages, that he should have gotten a beer for it and something about how shameful it is that Ralph is wearing sandals during the KS at 9:10 PM
-Later, at 9:47 he tweets that Ralph is fucked
-Two minutes later comes the ultimatum saying he doesn't even have to say what he found because Ralph knows

The fake ID was mentioned in relation to Dax and was much earlier than this entire chain so it seems to be unrelated, although at this point I imagine he's going to present all of it to the police.

The mention of sandals suggests he found pictures, but there is a gap of 37 min before he finds/tweets something that convinced him Ralph was fucked so it could be something else.
Ralph obviously knows what Vickers found since he was visibly uncomfortable at the time of Vickers tweet and even ended the show early.
Vickers says he consulted his lawyer on the matter, so he has to be pretty sure that what he found can be used against Ralph.

Vickers had mentioned talking to the board of probation in Richmond/VA when he reported the sex tape and that they had assured him that if Faith came forward they would arrest Ralph. It is possible that he could use this contact to speed things up.
Even then, whatever it is will take time, the cops need to investigate, validate whatever evidence he presented, etc. So I wouldn't expect anything to happen soon (with the added bonus that it could make paranoid to the extreme).
I don't think it's evidence of them talking when she was 17 because the most logical thing would have been for him to start looking at the messages from oldest to newest, in that case he would have found it straight away.

I do think it's possible that Faith sent pictures to Ralph that were taken when she was underage and that Ralph knew about it or even requested it. Remember she had sent some to Chris so she could have still had them on her phone.
It's the thing that makes most sense considering Vickers reaction/how sure he seems that it will fuck over Ralph. Other possibilities would be evidence of drug use, evidence of Ralph lying to his PO/breaking the terms of his parole, none seem as likely to put Ralph back in jail though.

The pointless statement he released yesterday suggests they are afraid of images, preemptively saying they would be 'doctored'.
I guess we'll eventually find out.

ok so the vape boxmod ethan has seems to be a smok branded product as they seem to be the main ones using the glass band around the top and if you look closely there are bluew markings decoarting it, i think something like this:
