Smedley Butler is underrated and conveniently forgotten; his death a tragedy.
His wikipedia page is a good first step into his post-service controversies. If only there was a modern general willing to call out the MIC for what it is.
He was a commie, calling out the MIC is like mocking religion they do it because it helps them achieve their goals. Also mr.Butler said there were tons of jews behind the business plot as well. So a bunch of jews wanted to overthrow the US government and ally with nazi germany aganist the USSR said the socialist and we all have to agree with him a century later, despite people in his own time knowing he was their generations Ethan Oliver Ralph

As a non-american I'm getting more and more confused about the validity of polls. /pol/ of course is quick to point out just how wrong most predictions turned out to be in 2016
(when they're not busy calling Trump a zionist shill), but from others I've heard that the polls weren't actually that far off, and that Trump's victories in the swing states were all within their margins of error.

If you listen to the podcast I linked yesterday, they go into pretty good detail why all the polls are wrong. It has to do with more Americans refusing to answer polls, and the ones who do answer are slanted, and the pollsters themselves aren't correcting their models.

It got so bad that Pew and Gallup, two of the longest running polling organizations, just outright stopped doing Presidential race polling after 2016. They realized Presidential polling became too hard to get right.

The guys yesterday claimed that this election will be the year that all the models got so bad, it may discredit the entire polling industry as being useless. They make a decent point about that, multiple polling organizations have already been dropped as being too wrong or useless. But I think the narrative-crafting use for polls has become too big a part of the left's marketing mechanisms. It'll probably hang around for a few cycles longer.

source on commy-nism of butler? All I got is he did some speeches at official Communist Party meetings, among other orgs, but never joined any of them, including the official Communist Party. Regardless, nothing he said that I've heard has been wrong. The MIC was a problem then and is so much of a problem now that if we tried to rip it off like a bandaid you'd hit jobs around the world and the execs, lobbyists, and politicians, know it.

Apparently Kamala Harris showed up in Aventura, Florida yesterday with almost no national or regional reporting about it beforehand. Biden is allegedly coming next Tuesday but there is no information about where or when. I can not for the life of me figure out the advantage to doing things like that. Is it because when Biden went to Dearborn, Michigan there were more Trump fans who showed up than Biden ones? Do they only care about fundraising, their voters be damned? I really just don't get how they think these non-events can move the pendulum in their favor.
Trump will be rallying in Michigan in less than hour. Are they trailing him literally in locomotion and direction, and politically? Or is this a building of a news silent majority for the Democrats?

I really just don't get how they think these non-events can move the pendulum in their favor.

They realize that the need to be out in public to stop the "hiding in the basement" rumors, but every time they actually show up in public giant gaffs are made. So they are trying to split the difference so that the MSM can say that Biden/Harris are campaigning, but limit the embarrassments.

Is there any Democrat users on the farms?
I am. I'll be honest, I was too young in '16, but being a dumb teenager I would have voted Trump in because of memes if I'd been 18 at the time, despite Hillary having the "Obama transitional aura" and a built-up political background. However, that's all different in '20.

I believe that Trump can help usher in a neo-Roaring Twenties that the bouncing back economy can help me prosper in and hopefully set up plans for future (business, family, life). Trump has my red, black vote against the majority of my family's blue.

Trump's ad team doesn't get paid enough. This shit should be blasting on every channel and website in every swing state in October if they know what's good for them.

That's why they don't deserve a raise. They do make great ads, but then those ads aren't getting blasted across battleground states or social media.

Other than the convention week blitzes, I haven't seen any pop up on my accounts where I leave AdBlock off. I haven't seen any IRL either. The sole contact I've had from Republicans were two mediocre anti-Biden flyers in the snail mail. And those were sent by the state GOP, not even the national RNC or Trump campaigns.

Maybe Trump is waiting to blast ads until early voting starts in October. But he's doing great fundraising, and he's got great ads that the normies need to see in the middle of the scandal-a-day strategy the Dems are throwing out. He should be blanketing the ad spaces just to keep up a strong narrative. The election is less than 60 days away, now is not the time to try and be super efficient with the budget.

Because putting Florida in play is verrrry important for Biden's camp. It's a totally different beast to the Rust Belt, but without it, the Democrats need to claw back Michigan, Wisconsin and Penn to win AND hold Minnesota. Iowa and Ohio are lost causes, so putting Florida in play's their only shot.
Nevermind the grassroots registration suggesting Florida is only getting redder going forward(thank you Venezuelans), as is Pennsylvania. Confronting the root for why means confronting a key policy plank for the DNC for decades (anti-worker policy disguised as charity). They're in far too deep to question it now. Bernie tried in 2016 but even he cucked come round 2.
The polling's inaccurate, but the Biden team need to manifest that reality in certain key states to have even a hope of winning. The campaign is built upon revulsion of Trump, so just like Trump won with 70,000 vote margin in several key states, Biden needs to concentrate this revulsion in select states to get over the line. Its very hard to suggest landslide predictions when your supporters don't even like you, while your opponents' supporters are in lockstep. I don't think this strategy will work, but it seems the Dems are trying to boil the whole electorate into pro- and anti-Trump, and then co-ercing this rising tide of floating voters into voting Not!Trump-- formerly known as Joe.

If I were you I'd check out Broward county's voting numbers. Something's very fucky there. It's why the 2018 gubernatorial results were so protracted, and Hillary 2016 somehow got over 100,000 more votes in that county than Obama 2008, with turnout at 75% each. Rigging's a lot easier in Florida than the Great Lakes because the population of large conurbations is so much bigger--plus Floridian apparatchiks are used to the sly tactics, frankly.

The description of that event is weird (archive).

She went to South Florida to meet with black and Jewish leaders... not Hispanic. They met in a university gym, but not one of the big Miami universities (U of Miami, Florida International University); she went to a smaller "historically black college". Her talking points were pulled from just-released Twitter clickbait "scandals", which makes you wonder what the event was going to be without those stories in the news cycle.

She's playing up how bad Covid was in South Florida, and called Trump a racist and murderer. But she's preaching to the choir at that point; who is that designed to win over? Why is she pandering so hard to the voting bloc that's supposed to be an automatic lock for them, instead of trying to fix the losses in the other demographics (including older voters)?

Apparently Biden is going down there on Tuesday, I wonder what the heck he's going to do. If the capable half of their ticket is that useless, what are they going to do with the worse half?

The Dems somehow believe she is gonna wreck Mike Pence and not the other way around lol.

This is the bigger issue. Unless the goal is to create soundbytes for CNN and Yahoo to sperg out to the masses, this "campaign" is wildly useless.\

By the way, Yahoo/New York Times just published another article on the "Trump hates black people" story.

These fuckers are trying to make Arizona 2018 look like a fucking joke compared to 2020.
Arizona now has free reign to print out ballots, pick out the president, and turn them in with no verification that the person whose name is on the ballot filled it out.
Totally not stealing Arizona.jpg

I'm looking at the livestream numbers and will report back.

Anybody else wants to keep track of the livestream counts of Trump's rally in Michigan?

It's a bitch to find these streams on Youtube. Also, here's some cope:
I won't lie here, Governor Whitmer looks nice here. Her hair looks great, and her eyebrows and makeup are done. I wonder how she does it. Maybe it stems from breaking the Corona rules she refuses to drop and rags on Trump about, especially when he's hitting home turf.

There's been a revolving door of hard leftists on Articles and News (Ashy come back we miss you) but there's a bunch of people who vote or voted democrat, just not right now.
I can remember there being a few on here back in 2016, i believe one of the mods on here was a Hilary voter.

Was there widespread voter fraud in 2018?
Watch Raz0rfist's video called "Mail in Ballots are B.S.". He is from Arizona and can tell you how exactly what happened to turn a +2 R lead for a Senate race in 2018 to +2 Dem in 3 WEEKS of voting AFTER the election date. They are now trying to do it nationwide, and this was a trial run.
With Arizona now in question, the map is less of an easy Trump win with Pennsylvania:
Yellow states are more likely to go to Trump based on past voting preferences, riots, registration, ect.
Without Arizona, he needs 1 more state, or its a meme tie.
