Yup, Charlie is not having that non-apology and she waited far too long to issue that apology. It should have been done right away or at least when she was told in her live that Charlie said she didn't do it. It would have also been more impactful if she did it in a video rather than a community tab post and come across as more sincere. She only apologized for the coal comment and none of anything else she said.
Charlie would never try to take her channel down, because she needs Chantal for her own content. Chantal just plays right into her hand time and again.

I love that they ruled so quickly against her because of her history of being a vexatious litigant. She boasted and talked a big game like she had some clout but she just ended up looking like a joke. Chantal just never learns and it never gets old to see her fall in the same pit over and over again. She is the exact same person who boasted at the gym many years ago about how she was a big YouTuber while people laughed at her behind her back. Personal Opinion, but I believe it has more to do with Chantal's flagging past and the fact Charlie has verified status.
To YouTube, this means she's more important than Chinny, if only by 2 steps.

That is what i meant when i said that Chantal had a history of being a vexatious litigant. It was very much expected that her history of false flagging would be used against her. In her delusional mind, she thinks that because she deleted something or it is hidden from the public eye, it means that it just never happened. Records are kept and people remember so to see her always spend so much energy deleting thinking that somehow negates her actions is always funny.

Look how sloppy the report is, too. Sure, Chantal has shown time and time again why she never got that literature degree, but even still it's clear she threw the email to YouTube together in a few minutes and fired it off. Most people who wanted YouTube to take them seriously would put a little more effort in, but I think she genuinely thought that YouTube was so beholden to her that they'd act on even the most slapdash request.
