They're only nice when they have to be. Can you really see a member of antifa publicly being friends with a mild mannered Trump supporter? Fat chance.

I really feel like this will be what swings the normies/swing voters more than anything. You can have a conversation with a person on the right, and you can both walk away thinking the other is the dumbest motherfucker on Earth, but there is deep-down some level of respect or agree to disagree. Meanwhile, you can have a conversion with a person on the left where you are 95% on their side, and they try to ruin your life, job, friends, et cetera. Normies will eventually catch on to that I think. Maybe I'm rainbow.

There was no divorce court. It was uncontested, in our jurisdiction it doesn't require a hearing. The radicalisation happened VERY quickly. Within 4 months she dropped art history and went into Women's studies, and soon left that for Poli Sci. THAT'S when the court started, as she was exposed to radical feminism and discovered all the gibs available to benighted "single mothers"...(by choice, but I digress).

She was normalwhen I was with her, for the most part. Even had a normal job. Now she is a "decarceral activist" and teaches "Marxist Studies" and "Historical Materialism" to woolyheaded little antifas and irate, lazy niggers on diversity grants.

I really hope she dies, and would just as vehemently if we never even met eachother.
So its personal. The bible talks about turning father against son.

Many old people in Russia have fond memories of the Soviet Union and praise it.. Eat enough shit and you enjoy the taste of Salo burgers.

Fucked, my dude. Fellow leaf, I did all those in uni too but always remained independent in thought. Post-modernism preaches reflexivity, but they have literally none when it comes to their own concerns, dogma and doctrines. I can only assume it became intrinsic to her identity. I don't regret my own time at Uni, I had a lot of laughs and became even more of an egoist freethinker, but I have also seen it really fuck some people up, and not just the exchange of lifelong debt for meaningless papers.

Though the name of the apartment building escapes me, this has worked in NYC before a few decades back. Forcible occupation can sometimes get you the building!

If you're thinking about abandoned buildings being given to squatters in the early '90s, that was a very specific situation that doesn't (yet) apply to current-day NYC. The Lower East Side between Houston and 14th (now known as the "East Village"), especially Alphabet City, was a shithole through the '80s, and a lot of buildings were abandoned and deteriorating. Squatters were given some of those buildings as long as they maintained them.

Real estate is so expensive in New York, it would take an economic collapse for that to be replicated now. For all our sakes, I hope it doesn't come to that.

BLM: WAAAAAAAAHHHHH! Why don't we have a Whole Paycheck store in da hood? WAAAAHHH!! Farmers Markets wont take our food stampzz. You whipipo are starving us!!

Farmer's markets do, in fact, take food stamps, although I'd guess it's only temporarily embarrassed middle class people who take advantage of it.

Well I think real estate is in a bubble, ESPECIALLY in NYC of all places. Sorry, kinda off topic but this isn't mentioned anywhere else on the farms as far as I know and I think this is very important:

Watch this:

NYC is increasingly becoming a shithole. Businesses can't stay in NYC during corona-plague as they can't pay the astronomical rent while closed. I think we'll feel the full corona-economic penis up the butt next year after the election when the 'dickens cum home to roost. Everything feels like a house of cards right now. I hope I'm wrong. I have most of my money in the stock market.

Thats because of the pensions and power it used to have.

Yeah, and what do the SJWs want? Soviet America, but with communism remixed as America's great struggle within herself hasn't been so much economic but racial. America never had a true aristocracy.

It depends where you are. If you live in a suburb off of a major city, housing prices are actually skyrocketing due to the demand: people are trying to get the fuck out of the cities.

Real Estate is always in a bubble, I would like to go back in time and punch whatever dumb faggot first said "MY HOUSE IS AN INVESTMENT" square in the nut sack over and over again until he pukes.

i think your stocks will largely be ok, but i'd consider moving money out of google and apple right now at least. more of a gut feeling than any strong understanding of the stock market that i have, but between the epic lawsuit and the fact that we're really getting close to SOMETHING setting off the 230 powder keg, i think they're most uniquely poised to get fucked. twitter and facebook too.

Can't say I agree. Why wouldn't housing be an investment? Makes more sense than abstract mostly-meaningless stock. Buy in an up-and-coming area, improve the property, make money. Lots of people do it. Corporations do it. Watch this:

Honest question: if you're not a doomer about this, why not? I don't understand how you can look around you and interact with people and not realize the game is over. I can't even form relationships with people because everyone my age is into this BLM shit, and those that aren't are super religious or "steaks and football" conservatives and that definitely ain't my jam.
I realize there's already a thousand replies, but what's one more?

When all this shit started, I was blackpilled. I was ready to get the hell out of this country. I'd still jump at the chance, but now it's more "I'm ready when you are" when before it was "I'm leaving with or without you". Back in May, every even remotely leftist person I knew was shitting blood over the gruesome public murder of George Floyd, PBUH. They were cheering on revolution, hated all cops, believed black people were legitimately being slaughtered by the millions on the streets, etc. They all went completely fucking retarded.

Since then, most of them have changed their tunes. They're lamenting the destruction of the cities, even going as far as specifically saying it's not safe to be white downtown right now. They're wondering where the fuck the consequences for rioting and arson are. Most of them have even realized that Floyd was a scumbag, not an innocent angel whose wings were plucked by Nazi cops like the media told them.

Whether or not I write this entire country off now depends on how much white people have learned from all this. If they still vote left in significant numbers, it's a clear sign that American whites are permanently demoralized and this country is going to be Haiti 2 in less than a decade. If they're willing to vote for people who explicitly want them exterminated, there's no return from that. Not ever.

Why wouldn't housing be an investment?
Because people can't separate the concept of "Something I am buying as an investment" and "Something I am buying to use."

Makes more sense than abstract mostly-meaningless stock.
The Vast Majority of people shouldn't be buying stocks either.

improve the property, make money. Lots of people do it.
And to do this in any sort of fashion to be profitable you need a great deal of seed money.

Corporations do it.
And those expenses are massive tax write offs.

Edit : I am not saying you can't make a profit flipping houses, however the idea that "A house is an investment" becoming a cultural fact has been absurdly harmful to The Middle class who should be buying a house so that at some point you can stop paying large amounts of your budget into rent/mortgage not to magically "flip it like on the TV" in a decade by going even deeper into debt.

Antifa 'journalists' Jacob Ryan Hanning (1990-02-23) & Melissa Lewis taking credit for... in the middle of a natural or not so natural disaster... getting a Clackamas County deputy put on leave.

His crime, in the eyes of the Clackamas County Sheriff Craig Roberts? Explaining to CITIZENS how they can legally protect themselves from antifa marauders.

Cops and fags go hand in hand.

Oh man, I want to change the system and reform the police. How should I do this?

A) Join the police force and be the change I wanted. Work my way up in authority and help my community?

B) Scream like a faggot and fuck up a trader Joe's, block roads, and be a complete dickhead vandalizing everything I can?

Mmm... 🤔

One of these choices involves hard work and sacrifice.

Like I said nothing cures propaganda then concrete reality.

Alot of people join the military to serve their country only to come out of it by saying "fuuuuucccck this" after a few combat tours.
