Cops advancing, crowd is definitely throwing shit.

Edit: HUGE cloud of teargas has largely dispersed the crowd from the ramp for the moment. Cops have now advanced to the bottom of the ramp.

Someone just got plugged with an impact munition.

Edit again: Someone tried to set a nearby tree on fire, two people quickly came forward to put it out with waterbottles...this is an interesting crowd.

That dreadlocked white antifa has what they call "wrenching" on both forearms. They wrap either wrenches or steel bars in tape around their forearms to both assault people and to ward off baton blows. This is how Richard Spencer was assaulted. They need to target that POS. Didn't realize how effective tear gas was. Whole street block cleared out that was only indirectly affected by gas set off on the ramp.

If anyone suspects this shit is going to start going on, make sure anyone you know living at home using an oxygen machine or other medical equipment has a backup generator. Power goes out, no air, bad times.

The only way you counter this is you block them from running, de-mask them, arrest them, and actually charge them with crimes. And if the DA won't do it, recall the DA or use a civil rights lawsuit to force them.

It's been about 3 hours since the demonstration began proper and we're seeing more proper antifa provocation tactics as of, what, around half an hour or so ago? It's not a perfect timeline but it isn't inconsistent either.

I don't have a good handle on traffic out of Phili at around 9PM as I've never been there so, and I suppose if cops were preventing entry for a couple hours that might change the entry equation.
