Yandere Sim Clones & Fangames - Yandere Wars: The Clone Wars. No, the games aren't coming out.

I'm pretty sure their wartime propaganda was in the style of like, early western animation, as well.

Japan has a funny way of bastardizing the west and making it ten times more degenerate.
Same with early anime in the 1950s like astroboy, the style is insipired by western animation(Mostly Disney)

Unpopular Opinion: I always think most of western audiences are not ready to take Anime and their related culture in general.
Edit: My main issue with Western audience that they mostly don't want to understand eastern culture in general and only think that eastern entertainment media is the only source of eastern culture. They always put their western values in eastern media which is a really selfish.

Who was that fucking streamer who got some underage girl on webcam and became notorious for the line "How do I know you're my biggest fan if you won't take off your underwear?" I seem to recall that he wound up on a registry.

I believe you're thinking of the youtuber Austin Jones, who got many tween fans to send him twerking videos to prove they're the biggest fan. He got more than just registered though, got a 10 year prison sentence.

Although completely degenerate, it did bring us the Austin Jones Twerking Tutorial, so overall a net positive.

The moment I take my eyes off this thread, this shit happens. I'm genuinely amazed. :story:

were never getting a yansim game are we
It's for the best, anyway. That's what happens when you try making a game just to spite some lolcow, not knowing the size of the project, how long it's going to take or if it's even a good idea to begin with. I'm sure there's a dozen other failed yansim-like projects out there we've never heard of, Love Letter just happened to be in the right place and time.
Sucks to be the volunteers who were involved in this autistic mess.

And this is why I’m in support of the idea of segregating the internet into two sides: one for minors, and one for adults. Won’t stop every case out there, and that there would be a lot of discussion on what to use for verification of age (read what are you wanting to give up in terms of privacy); but a lot of cases like this wouldn’t have been possible, and we wouldn’t have to hear the shitty opinions of 14 year olds.

just thought I’d go off topic, now back to your regularly scheduled YanSim drama.

Bad idea, the government should not fuck with the internet more than it has. Parents are the ones who need to be more involved in their children's lives instead of giving them free reign on an internet they aren't prepared for, because they're lazy/shitty parents. Giving a 3 year old Youtube on a tablet is ultimately going to fuck them up in the future, specifically with ADHD and exposure to some really strange, possibly creepy material.
Teach them to be more questioning and critical. Teach them what perspective is.

Parents? in this day and age? taking responsibility? Dude you are way too optimistic for this forum, lmao.

Honestly seems like the first and only time Alex is right about another individual. also why in the fuck would you cut yourself over a incident with your cousin? even better what got him almost kicked out go his house anyway?

I have seen loads of different products designed to limit the access of the internet to their kids, most of them are lazily put together and have a variety of backdoors which are easily accessible to the kids anyway. not only that but I remember when Australia decided to ban pornography on computers to kids, which was able to be bypassed within about a month. this was before VPNs were available (I think 2008/9 this occurred) and it truly shows that no matter how much you restrict the internet, curiosity will always get the best of kids. Honestly the carelessness of millennial parents of today is going to have a severe knock on effect which we are only seeing the surface of.

They still ignore her, don't they?
This letter accomplishes nothing if fanbase is full of degenerates blindly following their idol.

In other words you're saying it's like "wave" of self-perpetuating cycle of adolescents abusing kids. I don't buy that.

For me one kid pulled other into sexting during really retarded conversation in community jerking off to MLP and "visual novel" games (more likely interactive porn games). Sorry guys but I don't buy that some lost soul got into such community by accident or was unaware what was going on. For Christ sake when I was 10 I was aware of pervs over web-chats in late 90's. It never crossed my mind to talk to those people and wasn't so naive to watch puppies in basement.

LMAO that's so goddamn blind as to how grooming actually works. Imagine you're a twelve year old on the internet with parents who either don't care or don't know about all the shit you get into on the internet - you're probably socially awkward, or don't have a lot of friends. Suddenly, you're part of an "in" group, with these cool people who spend time with you and don't treat you like a kid. You share stories about shows you like, talk about your life a little bit, and you start to see these people as real friends.

Twelve year olds are fucking stupid. You think teenagers are stupid, getting peer pressured into sex because they want to fit in or doing stupid shit because their friends are? Teenagers are megamind compared to twelve year olds. All it takes is older members of the group to start talking about how, oh, this character is so cute - these two would be so cute together, and wow, look at this cool (but risque) fanart I found/drew! Grooming is a game of slow escalation. You're dumping kids in a pot of water you slowly turn up until they think sending nudes to people ten years older than them is acceptable and making jokes about dick sucking in front of ten years old is funny because it's not a big deal.

People who are being groomed usually think they're fine, they think all this shit is normal. So it doesn't occur to them that acting like that around other people is wrong, because they turned out okay, right? Unlearning deep-seated sexual behaviors gained from grooming takes victims literal years to unlearn, and regularly ruins their relationships with friends and significant others because these people cannot understand boundaries and have no idea what they're even doing wrong.

I get what you’re saying here, however parents in the modern age are still dumbasses, and will continue to be regardless. We’ll continue to see lazy kids channels that have questionable content (though, being honest, that’s what most of modern cartoons have these days), and will continue to see 14 year olds preaching on Twitter about being prideful being otherkin and garnering 100K likes; unless the government slams their metaphorical foot down and makes an ultimatum: make parents regulate the content themselves, or they’ll do it for them.
Even if it goes against my political belief that the government should have little control as possible over businesses and lives, this same sort of thing happened with video game ratings; the government gave the video games industry a choice between self-regulation or government control, and now they’re completely independent from government regulations.
