As I recall one of his tweets replying to the Rekieta stuff of the other night was something along those lines. He of course scrubbed that whole thing off twitter but since he has me blocked anyway I'm pretty sure I saw it archived in the thread.

I'm sure there was also a question over whether Ian Miles Cheong actually hacked his YouTube, and that it could potentially have just been Andy with a VPN. I can't remember the details, but Andy was quick to point out gay porn was illegal in Indonesia or wherever Cheong was - could have been an attempt to get him arrested.

Good catch on the LLC. Whatever prompted him to do this it definitely means, for the first time ever, he has something to loose. According to https://generalcorporate.com/ Ralph paid either $279 or $399 plus $130 state fee https://generalcorporate.com/state-filings-fees/ (going to guess $279 because he is cheap) for a minimum set up of $410.

The Registered Agent Service is reoccurring maybe $99-$150 per year (first year free). Hope they don't bill him forwarding mail per letter since I imagine there is going to be a lot of spam. This leaves a few questions about money management and assets:
  • If Ralph is paying himself a salary what happens if he needs more money?
  • Does Ralph have to be more aware of how the money gets spent (person vs LLC) to make sure and not double dip on declaring expenses?
  • Will Ralph update the sites registrar to show this LLC as the owner?
  • Can Ralph continue write off Makers Mark as a business expense? (I am alleging this with no proof)
As for prior taxes doubtful there is tax evasion and if he got audited probably just penalties for incorrectly filing at best. Someone else who does streaming can confirm but I assume Youtube, Twitch, TeeSpring, ext. all auto generate a 1099 at the end of each year. All Ralph should have to do is add all the 1099s together and call that income. Now him writing off rent, utilities, gas, internet, and Makers Mark as business expenses is another matter of speculation entirely.
As to why now probably marriage and finally realizing he has enough to loose and that it is worth paying to protect. It would be pointless to try and hide assets from a lawsuit since the suit will burn $50k without any trouble. Imagine depositions of Ralph, Faith, and Mr.&Mrs. Vickers explaining this on tape. Just the leg work to pay an intern to summarize and mark relevant facts of this thread would be outrageous. The Vickers suing Ralph is probably not the right way to go. By draining the gunt of his money it is by proxy draining Faith's gunty bank. Thus harming Faith and creating even more resentment.
May be easier to pay Ralph to never speak to Faith again. Take whatever would be the assumed legal cost say at least ~25$k plus a contract with the terms and offer it to Ralph on the condition he not tell Faith and he never have contact with her again. This could be very useful if the pregnancy is true as the contact could stipulate he forgo all parental rights. This has its own share of risks but in the end would be just as expensive to the Vickers as a lawsuit. Knowing that recovery of money from Ralph is likely to be blood from a stone. If Ralph somehow doesn't drain his finances in the suit he will burn through the rest before the court could take it by force.
In the end all it took was some angry possible in-laws, the thought of alimony, and child support to force Ralph to do what he should have done in 2014. As with everything for the gunt late and gay.

If I were them I'd open secret backchannel negotiations with Faith. If she defects then the money goes to her college fund. She could study out of state until relations with her family mend, get her teeth capped, and also have a new identity. Meet a nice college boy. Have a luxurious wedding. Start a family.

All she has to do is renounce the Gunt and co-operate with police with regards to the charges in The Dossier that require her co-operation.

I'd make it clear that while the Gunt will be treated as hostis humani generis and must, to the maximum degree possible, be dismantled, this does not apply to her. In fact, she could do very well out of the Guntergang.
