An adult male Psychosexual Evaluation consists of three different components. They are:

- Psychological Evaluation
- Sexual Behavioral Assessment
- Risk Assessment

As part of the Adult Male Psychosexual Evaluation, Dr. Hawks will gather information from; police/court reports, interviews from the Children’s Justice Center, and review other records as required. In addition, Dr. Hawks may make collateral contacts with therapists, family members, or others. However, because of the legal nature of this evaluation Dr. Hawks always attempts to work closely with the client’s attorney.

An adult Psychosexual Evaluation requires approximately six sessions. Most of the sessions are held in Dr. Hawks’ office in Ogden, Utah. Sessions for the sex-specific testing (including at times the penile pleythsmagraph) and full-disclosure polygraph are conducted elsewhere. The sessions will last from one to four hours depending on how the client wishes to complete the process.

For a restraining order, if the restrained individual attempts to contact the other or violates the order in any way, he or she can be arrested or fined.
However, when someone violates a no-contact order, the one who is violated is not permitted to immediately enforce action by the police. Such a case would require filing a citation with the court. sauce

It looks bad on your record if you have an active restraining order against you. If you were doing a background check on a potential new hire, and a restraining order popped up, would you hire that person?

Suspended sentence means if he breaks any law then his sentence is un-suspended and he goes to jail.

Class B Misdemeanor- Rusty is sentenced to 180 day supsended, fined, probation for 18 months. No further violations of law, mental health evaluation within 90 days, ordered psychosexual evaluation to be stayed, has to give the court his fingerprints, court ordered sentencing protection order. Russel has any direct or indirect contact and he goes to jail.

oh and a $500 dollar fine. And he wants to get help for paying with his evaluations. The judge knocked his fine down because he's a poor person.
He has to report to the clerks station today.

DAMN. I was really hoping Russ would have to have the psychosexual eval. Imagine him having to do one of the following:

• Penile plethysmograph (PPG). The PPG is a penile plethysmograph system consisting of integrated software, stimulus materials, hardware, and clinical interpretation and methodology. The PPG measures the client's sexual response pattern and the extent of deviant arousal. It simultaneously monitors the client's penile responses, respirations, and galvanic skin response. The system also has built-in anti-faking methodology to enhance the internal validity of the data.
• Full Disclosure Sexual History Polygraph Examination. The purpose of the Sexual History Polygraph Examination is to thoroughly investigate the client's lifetime history of sexually victimizing others including the client's lifetime history of sexual deviancy, preoccupation and compulsivity behaviors. In addition, target polygraph questions are usually asked regarding current allegations.

He's an idiot who thought if he kept pushing they'd give in and give him what he wants, or he'd get the chance to tell everyone about his very important plights.
