There is, without a doubt, no way he is going to complete probation. And when you fuck up probation, judges and prob. officers do not fuck around. This situation is so much worse for him and I'm going to almost guarantee he's going to end up in jail on violations, and those can just keep happening through the 18 months over and over depending on how stupid he is.

Class B Misdemeanor- Rusty is sentenced to 180 day supsended, fined, probation for 18 months. No further violations of law, mental health evaluation within 90 days, ordered psychosexual evaluation to be stayed, has to give the court his fingerprints, court ordered sentencing protection order. Russel has any direct or indirect contact and he goes to jail.

I hope the psych eval probes into his overwhelming sense of entitlement and why he feels women owe him things simply because they caught his attention. It's unlikely, but resolving that would solve a lot of his problems because he feeling he's owed things for having a disability is at the root of his dysfunction. The other disturbing belief he has is that he can't be held accountable for his misbehavior when he's having a breakdown.

He's probably hooked on that "it's all about the face" crap meme and deludes himself into believing that if his face didn't look the way it did women wouldn't find it creepy, when fact is they probably would no matter what (other than maybe a minority of equally weird women who aren't anywhere in the same "league" as the women he dreams he's entitled to date).
