Actually the more I think about it, the funnier it gets. His SSN was in the original Baphomet dox but very few people even remembered it. Then he pissed off ED and someone there dug out his SSN and put on his ED page. Which means it got posted here.

Now image a Gedankenexperiment where Ralph had learned that poking the hornets nest=bad. The sites with his dox would gradually have gone down, maybe aided by a bit of tactical flagging on his part.
