Considering the fact that the mental healthcare system these days is a revolving door, I would say Russell should be able to fake it long enough to get them off his back.

True, but Russ has a huge disadvantage though: His frozen face. He cannot use his face to communicate, be it fake or real feelings. This also affects his voice.

Russell might be borderline smart/cunning enough to fake his way through a psych evaluation.

(He clearly knows what polite society expects one to act like. He grew up in a small Mormon town ffs, but just doesn’t feel the rules apply to him.)

But there is one small issue with Russ bluffing hisnway through... Namely: Hundreds of pages of social media posts and even his books/pamphlets where his psychopathic thirst spills over the page.

Let’s hope whoever is doing the psych exam has the foresight to try and google Russell’s name.

Or in other ways gets hold of the stuff.

Say, is there a way to know who’s doing the psych exam? Just curious.

That could also be to his advantage though. Unless you’re a straight up experienced psychopath (and even then in some cases) you give up a lot of hints about your mental state and feelings with your face: Expression, tightening muscles, tics, etc.

Same for the voice.

Russell might just have an easier time hiding his true feelings than other offenders, thanks to his facial paralysis.

Then again: Judging by how he looked in the trial: Melting, despondent, falling apart, Russell might be really bad at not giving away his mental state.

I could be mistaken, but I'm sure the court has a psycho analyst they use for cases like this. I doubt Russ is going to be allowed to choose his own head shrinker for this. And I'm sure whoever the courts use will not be some soft pushover that Russ can easily fool. It will be someone who has experience working with criminals and people who try to conceal their mental issues, and they'll be able to recognize any manipulative behavior on Russhole's part and will call him out on it accordingly.

Now that Russ is a convicted criminal, will he be able to get jobs still? Don't companies normally do background checks when hiring folks and wouldn't this show up? Has Russ screwed himself out of even the most menial jobs now?
It’s still just a misdemeanor. And the kind of work he does, it probably won’t be an issue.

They specifically said that he needs to get evaluated by a 3rd party pschiatrist.

Did the judge say if his probation was supervised or unsupervised?

I'm really interested to know how hard it is to get brought up on a probation violation in Russ's jurisdiction. If he's under supervision and has a hard ass PO I don't think he'll make it very long before he starts getting violation reports.

For most of the jobs Russ would be applying for, they might not care about harassment charges, esp. if he'd be working by himself.

He does have a restraining order against him and probation, which might scare off some potential employers.

I think someone said he doesn't have to check in with a PO

I wonder if Russ will let slip that he's getting evaluated as part of court proceedings. That would hopefully perk up whoever he chooses to check what he was convicted for at the very least. The sooner the evaluation the better because right now he's reeling from this narc injury and I don't think he'll be able to keep in cool in an eval. I can see a psychologist pulling on some strings and getting Russ to reveal a lot more than he thinks he is if the evaluator gives a shit and Russ isn't extremely guarded. They'll just need to play into his persecution complex and let him talk about his plights and how everyone has wronged him. Get him talking about how women hate him because of his disability, how hookers take advantage of him, he's had to sue celebrities because they ignored him, etc. Russ can sink his own ship if the shrink cares enough to do their job. I don't doubt he's going to choose a woman.

Hopefully he chooses a female psychologist, gets it in his gourd that she's giving him signals because she seems interested in him and sympathetic, and she's the one he harasses. I'd hope they understand what to do when a patient acts inappropriately and wouldn't let harassment go on as long as the average person might. Getting busted for harassing the psychologist you went to as a condition for your suspended sentence while on probation would be a great way to make an impression on the court.

It's usually used on sexual deviants to see how deviant they are and what the deviancy stems from. They do shit like put a sleeve on your dick and show you pictures to see if they give you a boner.
I watched a documentary where they did it on paedos, which says something about how they view Rusty.

He should have asked his lawyer to go for it as he normally has to pay for that kind of action.

I give him 6 months max before he violates probation.

He went out of his way to obtain and put on a suit, but couldn't be bothered to shower and shave beforehand?

I feel sorry for anyone that has to interact with this cretin, what a fucking mess.
He always wears a suit, even when scrubbing toilets or going to brothels (especially when going to brothels). And hand-cleans it in water on rare occasions, instead of taking it to a dry cleaner. He's lucky that he didn't have to appear before the court in person, given his smell. Indeed, his smell is probably one of the things about him that causes his lawyer to appear unhappy with him.

I wonder if his lawyer encouraged him to wash up and clean his suit between his previous court appearances, and the white spot is the result of that. And that stupid, greasy clump of hair dangling in front of his face, too.

When he tried out for America's got talent, he said that "you can overcome your disabilities". However, judging by the fact that you need a fucking team of speech pathologists to make out what he is saying, he clearly has not.
Russell seems to think that he deserves praise for just having a disability, that just existing is some kind of triumph over adversity.
