U.S. Riots of May 2020 over George Floyd and others - ITT: a bunch of faggots butthurt about worthless internet stickers

I'd agree with you, but they didn't just employ this tactic in NY or even just in the US. They used that tactic (if you wish to call it that) worldwide. The troon Health Officer in Pennsylvania? I think, moved its own mother out of the nursing homes before C19 really hit. Mysteriously here in Australia, despite being forewarned, it spread to the nursing homes as well and some people have expressed... some interesting experiences about it.

I've posted it before, way back in the early days of Coronavirus, but a lot of my political-world friends have expressed the notion of a "credible threat" - shut down, or ____. At the start of the Coronavirus bullshit, Scott Morrison (Australian PM) openly expressed that there were credible and mounting cyber-threats happening, as well as general SCS threats and hence he was sinking a fuckton of money into both cyber security and boosting weapons caches.

Couple that with everything that's happened post "pandemic" in regards to riots and "wildfires", the behaviour of the WHO, the DHS now releasing the credible threat EMP memo, the incredible shifting of money through various platforms, the SCS issues, the "is KJU dead" issue.... being in the election year + 2020 (the significance of it being a clean decade)... well, the credible threat option is becoming a reality.

Also, just going back to C19 and "tactics" but worldwide, I think you'll find something interesting happen - there were "mass breakouts" of C19 in interesting places - mostly meatworks.
That combined with a strange spate of explosions/fires at grain silos/stores back a month or so ago (and someone mentioned that a lot of grain silos are in Portland area, I haven't looked into that), but it's strange. Just strange tidbits.

Not to mention the obviously odd correlation between Coronavirus --> I can't breathe, Masks --> Antifa Riots, there's far more to this created chaos than just mere coincidence.
The closer your get to the election, the more it will grow.
Yeah see these things on one of our two rivers in Portland? This area is a hub of grain trade between Asia/Russia and North America. This view is on the bridge headed out of central downtown.

Then there is this one:

It's up on the North end of town. If that helps with your thunks on the matter of what people might be up to.

I saw this in my feed today.

Apparently the pain is in dumpsters and trash cans.

They're also encouraging each other to destroy evidence the police could use to prosecute them. Is that legal?

Of course destroying evidence is illegal, and especially when there are federal crimes involved, conspiring to cover it up publicly is really fucking stupid.

I think this joke is probably close to the truth of what the FBI is like.

They aren't for solving real problems or even protecting people, they are for investigation what ever little stupid problem the superiors want to investigate (and the occasional clean up of the wealthy elites sloppy messes). The current flavor of the day is "damn dirty white supremacist are totally forming the 4th reich" after the whole "Trump is totally hobnobbing with Putin" ended up being a nothing burger.
I'm convinced you can drive a semi up to the FBI completely stuffed with paperwork, written confessions, and evidence that Antifa has a network all built around causing chaos and they will just shrug. Currently they need all their resources watching Jimmy Bob in the middle of buttfuck nowhere who said some spicy things on facebook and owns a scary looking rifle or some shit.

You could just the FBI is virtually the elites personal watchdog.

That would be obstruction of justice and it results in stiff penalties.

I'm editing to add under federal statues. We all know the West Coast is in de facto rebellion against the Federal government

This is not an exaggeration this is what normie liberals are becoming like in Portland. Either like this or suddenly real quiet and probably secretly thinking about pulling the Trump lever.

This isn't just portland. Even in the middle of nowhere, liberals turned into progressives in 2016, and now into radicals in 2020. I'm starting to look forward to a civil war at this point....

I think if they destroy it before the cops get a warrant for it, or before they're charged with a crime, it's fine. You're allowed to destroy your own property/data whenever you like.

Once the law tells you something is evidence, then destruction becomes a crime.

No. 18 U.S.C. § 1503 defines "obstruction of justice" as an act that "corruptly or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication, influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice."
It's deliberately vague imo.

Remember the Boston Marathon bombers? The pals of the one who survived were convicted on obstruction for throwing out his backpack (full of explosive making materials) and his laptop at his request. Two were deported back to Kazakhstan after serving their sentences and the other is currently on parole.

If you destroy evidence of a crime, even your own, it's considered obstruction. I mean, they already know it's evidence of a crime, that's why they're advising their fellow Antifags to destroy it.

Edit: That's the wrong part, it's actually USC § 1519 https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1519
All phusical evidence is tangible so that tweet is evidence of a crime itself. someone archive it.

Not necessarily. I mean if you own a bloodstained hoodie, it's probably a bit problematic to destroy it even before you become a person of interest in the murder.

Whhy did you give him your cell phone? What did you use to take the picture? (Sorry. No classes so I have to irritate someone here.)
They meant taking a pic of a protester WITH their cellphone. Like...snapping a picture of the protester.

If your post is probably sarcastic like DeadFish was, then by all means ignore me.

That may be the law but you'd still be a moron to hold on to anything

Get rid of it, what are the cops going to do about? Stick to your story, you don't know anything you don't have anything.

Or just pull a Clinton and smash your Blackberries and hard drives with a hammer.
