It's kind of skank but it's true that at nightclubs, there is often a kind of social scene around the ladies toilets. People sit around and take drugs, share accessories and make up and have private conversations. There is such a thing as an unwelcoming ladies toilet. It's just, that's at nightclubs and actually often men are there too because women like men and that demographic aren't so concerned with privacy cos they are trying to get laid all the time. Plus the people who know to go to the toilets to socialise/buy drugs are usually club regulars and know each other, or there is sometimes even a concierge with perfume and samples, plus glamorous styling mirrors and plush seating. This is very different than the toilets in a department store or transit location like a train station, where people just go for a piss, or the toilets at gyms etc as so many troon selfies display.

Kevin considers 20 minutes a longer than usual dilation? Isn't it supposed to take hours per day for at least the first year? That explains a lot of the issues he's been having.

edit: Looking this up I see varying answers. Some doctors/websites recommend 50 minutes per session. Others (including Bowers) go as low as 10-15 minutes which seems somewhat inadequate. I strongly suspect Kevin was told the latter and has been putting in just the tip/only using the smaller sizes due to pain from dehiscence, causing the deeper parts of the am hole to close up in a tightening ring of scar tissue as he's been describing while the entrance barely stays big enough for the smallest size.

You're going to find varying answers because the people who undergo these procedures are guinea pigs. Every other surgery has clear instructions for their patients and can cover nearly all variance on a patient-per-patient basis.

If you're not even sure how you're supposed to treat yourself post-surgery as expected, it's a sign that the surgeon is especially incompetent, the operation itself is almost entirely experimental, or both.
