Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died at 87. - 🦀

If the munchies can get all sorts of shit done to their bodies that is absolutely unnecessary with enough of a meltdown, I'm sure you can sperg out enough to convince someone it's a necessary procedure.

Channel some Munchausen and make a good case for yourself to be sterilized.
Those munchies generally have the money to doctor shop. Munching isn't a cheap hobby. That or they (or their parents) have good insurance.

The only thing that seems to make getting a hysterectomy before age 45 somewhat easy is trooning out, and fuck no I am not going that route.

I have mixed emotions on this. I did not want Biden to have a SC pick, but I imagine this death was not easy for her family. Ginsburg faced complication after complication, and spent those last few months (years?) working. It just seems like a slow, difficult way to go.

So she was not able to hold out for those last couple months... I am curious what this means for the election.
I wouldn't be surprised if she has already been (brain-)dead for a long time, her body just being kept "alive" by machines for exactly that reason. And now it's just the last organs ceasing their function.

I bet they would have kept the charade up if they somehow could. Maybe the body was already starting to rot. 🤢

I'm a literal surprised at the amount of pro-life people here, considering the amount of vegetable "please kill me" babies that have threads, but respect nonetheless. Personally, I'm pro-choice, but in the strictest sense. I'd rather abortions be incredibly rare; medical necessities, horrific rape cases, etc.

But seriously, what are the actual chances that any of this stuff will actually change? Now, I'm no lawyer, but changing the laws once is one thing, changing them back seems like it would be a bit harder.
The US and Ireland have a weird obsession with the subject of abortion. In the rest of the Western world, it's simply a non-issue. Personally, I blame the fixation on the level of influence religious fanatics still wield in both countries.

All I see is one side grave dancing and the other side whining about how immoral it is to grave dance.

I can’t wait for those two groups to switch completely as soon as someone from the other side of the aisle dies.

It used to bother me but now I just think it’s funny.
Scalia would like a word.

I swear the right in America is always treated like that kid in school who was always provoked by a different kid yet the teacher never caught the kid doing the provoking.

Poland and Liechtenstein both outlaw it except in cases of rape, dude. Several countries don't allow it in the second trimester unless the health of the woman is threatened, like Italy and France. France routinely has pro-life demonstrations and the number of people attending reached 50,000 by 2017. As always, Europe isn't as liberal as people think.

Can we have ONE A&H thread that doesn't devolve into fetal-related shitflinging? These arguments always go the same way and achieve nothing other than making some tards chimp out and/or try to farm worthless internet stickers.
The problem is these topics were in separate threads yesterday. One for Ginsburg's death and one for the fate of Roe vs Wade post-RBG. Someone decided to merge the two threads into this one so now we're stuck with this shit fling mess and Android raptor's uncomfortable power leveling. But at least we can't say the drama isn't entertaining.

Actually, you don't have to be a religious fundie to understand that killing babies is disgusting, and vast swathes of the western world that don't live in the degenerate shitholes that are the average modern city still recognise that killing babies is bad and should only ever be done in extreme outlier cases, hence why most of the people that abort their children are either satanists with loose morals, victims of severe circumstance, or niggers with high time preference.

Trying to get a new justice in may look like insecurity about this general election

Yes, but on the other hand, it would also cause the Dems to go full batshit, drop all pretenses, and expose their fanatical and power-hungry selves in all their ugliness.

Remember, the Kavanaugh circus resulted in a temporary spike in the polls in favor of Republicans.

I disagreed with a lot of her rulings, and thought the weird little cult that lefties had built around her over the past decade or so was dumb as hell, but I always liked her personally. She and Scalia were my favorite justices that I had actually met in person.

She once advocated lowering the age of consent to 12, because the existing law (which outlawed sex for girls under 16) was 'sexist'. She also wanted to repeal the MANN Act, which made the transportation of minors interstate for the purposes of sexual trafficking a felony.

She was the typical Jewish 5th columnist. A walking lizard person. I'm deliriously happy the rancid old bitch is dead. Once buried I'll make it a point to visit her grave and piss on it.

You're a degenerate,

The only problem with abortion is that it can happen to healthy white babies that would be productive members of society.

If only tards and darkies had it, nobody would care. But it effects real humans too.

I found an interesting graph of abortions per year by race in the US. It's not at all what you'd expect

Though if you think about it it does make a certain amount of sense - it would be white liberals who had abortions in the 70s and 80s. What's interesting is that the white abortion numbers then fell to matc the black abortions numbers, despite these demographics (archive)

I.e. white people are 63% of the population and blacks 13 but despite that, they have about the same number of abortions. So the black abortion rate per capita is higher. It looks like the Hispanic rate is higher too.

I'm in two minds over the whole abortion thing, to be honest. My tendency is to sympathize with the right, but I don't honestly see it as being as big priority as they do.
