People are handling this terribly and doing exactly what she wants them to do: give her attention. She will continue to put out these videos as long as they continue getting four times the views as her other content and has a dozen other people making videos about her. It's exactly what she wants. It doesn't matter how big the dislike bar is and how many dissertations get written in the comments section because there's no such thing as bad publicity when you're a grifter like Brittany. The only appropriate way to respond to this is to think "wow she must smell like a litter box" and then not comment that because that's exactly what she wants.
And I really doubt that 5ch finding her will do anything either. If she lived in Japan she might have to worry about some psycho trying to break into her house, but she lives on another continent and they're not going to fly their ass all the way there to harass her.
