Best of all, she probably is only dimly aware of the ruckus she stirred. All those troon screeching about trying to cancel her would probably have zero effect and 100% outs them as the misogynist idjits they are.
I think she is aware of the troon crusade against her and I assume she is emotioanlly affected by it . She wrote a long post some months ago and the word "Twitter" is mentioned five times by her.
The link to the post is here: https://www.jkrowling.com/opinions/...ns-for-speaking-out-on-sex-and-gender-issues/
But does it affect her otherwise? Probably not, since her wealth makes her basically uncancellable. This of course doesn't apply to your average Joe and Joanne. I just saw some weeks ago how a young black girl lost her job for posting gendercritical stuff on twitter.
Some updates to the book
I've read now a quarter of the book and I'm increasingly more amused how much outrage this book stirred among troons and their allies. In the last 10 chapters the serial murder is rarely mentioned and I had to look very hard to find something "offensive". Tbh I didn't find anything remotely offensive from chapter 13 to chapter 24. I think the people of current year could make a much better case that Rowling is racist and a colonialism apologist than a transphobie.... but hey, don't ask me, I'm always a year behind the newest woke takes. I just learnt today that D&D is problematic in some woke circles.
