Judges should not make shit up or reinterpret the constitution to apply to things it clearly wasn't meant to imply. And the best thing is RBG agreed. She wanted it overturned and enshrined in a law passed by congress, like it should have always been if it was going to be legal. Then you realize the whole case was based on a lie.

Yeah, the problem is it's actually unpopular to vote for abortion, that's why Dems never just passed a law, even with the supermajority. They love the popular vote except when it comes to abortion or gay marriage, then it's time for the supreme court to override the majority.

I had just written a couple paragraphs in response to this about how I don't understand why a woman would watch a show that's basically just 44 minutes of women being slapped around and raped, but then I thought about it more and realized that they not watching despite the rape, they're watching for it.
