So essentially this means they're probably fixin' to announce something that the local golems and their black-bloc friends won't like? At least, that's what I'm taking from it.

Even that case, which is still the result of a grave mistake, had more to it than anyone was ever informed by the media and I'd wager most people don't even know the police department released information regarding her involvement in a drug ring. I wouldn't even know about it if I hadn't seen it here. Which beseeches a question, why are fringe Internet message boards more informative than the modern American press?
The city didn't just pay out $12 million dollars to the family because they believed the cops story...

As far as a chargeable case, I think that's harder to prove unless one of the officers blatantly lied on the warrant application. Espeically against the other officers who were just there for the raid.

But you have other problems, like why these hicktown cops needed to LARP as Seal Team Six for what was basically a dime bag dope dealer operation on a house they knew their suspect wasn't staying at.

Or the whole issue of weather they announced themselves as police or not before kicking in the door. Seven neighbors said they didn't and at least two officers claim they don't remember but are sure they did.

The Ben Crump version of events is crap but the police version isn't much better.

WALSH: BLM Deletes ‘What We Believe’ Section Of Website. Here Are The Agenda Items They No Longer Want You To See.

Until recently, it was very easy to debunk the idea that Black Lives Matter is a politically mainstream organization focused exclusively on the fight for racial justice. All you had to do was point in the direction of BLM’s official website, which had a tab right at the top called “What We Believe” leading to a section of the site that outlined, well, what they believe. And by their own admission, they believed, and were fighting for, many things that the vast majority of human beings on Earth, whatever their race, would find bizarre or objectionable. But sometime in the past few days, the “What We Believe” page at BlackLivesMatter.com was unceremoniously scrubbed, with no explanation offered publicly.

Something to watch: this Saturday Franklin Graham and some other religious leaders are holding what might be a very big prayer meeting and march on the Mall in Washington. Will the antifags and their kin disrupt it?

Rate me optimistic but maybe this is a bellwether that indicates the tide is turning. Even BLM is having to admit this since the usual Woke Twitter sophistry isn't enough to counter your own official website's statement

I fear the whacky legal system in the US continues to confuse me on finer points. However the outraged screams on Twitter tell me that it might be something worthy of further observation?

EidKU52XYAM9kg4.png

I'd be curious to see the actual text of the law(s) because this strikes me package of laws that can easily fall afoul of 1A protections if written too broadly.

Section I's only real worries for me are the use of felonies, I'd be okay with stiff misdemeanors, making everything a felony isn't generally a direction I think the law should go. Also making sure they define the terms they are using to skirt 1A strict scrutiny will be the challenge because everyone and their cat will challenge this. The RICO liability is hilarious and I fully approve given that it is never RICO as a general rule.

Section II my only concern is mandatory minimums but it's not a huge concern. Mandatory minimums measured in years are the most questionable uses of mandatory minimums, and while 6 months isn't a short amount of time, it's a damn sight shorter than 10 years, and the point is to get these fuckers off the street long enough to get control of things. This is largely contingent on definitions from section I though so most of my concerns are related to that.

Section III actually has the most concerns for me from a constitutionality perspective.
  • Subsection A looks fine to me, but the web of fuckshit law to do with government grant money is well outside my areas of any experience at all, so who knows.
  • Subsection B concerns me the most from a practicality perspective, despite its good intentions because I worry that this is a situation that the fuckers targeted by the law will find a way to exploit, they've only got two different legal thinktank groups with cash and lawyers to help them figure it out.
  • Subsection C I agree with in principle and in practice, but I suspect this is also the weakest component of the law as equal opportunity employment + government jobs = a LOT of protections for the ACLU to argue about endlessly. I hope I'm wrong.
  • Subsection D is probably the second weakest component of the law as you're butting straight up against the constitution when you start messing with bail. I don't disagree with it though, but I'm not convinced that it will "help" as it doesn't help deal with prosecutors cucking out and just declining to charge people which has been the biggest issue as shown by Portland.

BLM is hyping the troons because there is no greater example of total loss of self. These people already hate themselves so much they're willing to sacrifice body parts in a futile attempt to feel better. The troons are the highest level of useful idiot; the very model of human ambiguity and de-personing BLM's hoping to achieve on a larger scale. I think the less exotic hetero, lesbian, or garden variety gay really aren't preferred by BLM but they are tolerated. The reason is simple. The leftist heteros, gays, and lesbians are actually not as riddled with the myriad mental illnesses of the troons. They are more independent and more confident than the troons. They aren't as easily pliable. Unfortunately, radical marxism has infected their way of thinking and will be what ultimately makes them as compliant as the troons. The stronger, smarter ones will bail before too much happens. But the rest will remain what BLM has called them from day one of this nightmare: BODIES

Woman suspected of sending poisoned letter to Trump arrested

A woman suspected of sending a letter containing the poison ricin to President Donald Trump was arrested as she tried to enter the US from Canada at a border crossing in New York state, a US law enforcement official said.
The woman was carrying a gun and arrested by US authorities, according to the law enforcement official.

She was arrested, btw, at the "Peace Bridge." The picture with the article suggests she just sent a bunch of castor beans.

The memory-holing is annoying, but I can't say I think it's a bad thing if BLM is trying to clean up its messaging. It would be even better if serious activists with serious goals manage to wrest the organization from the do-nothing morons running it. I won't hold my breath for that though.

My digital skills are breaking down. Perhaps some of this makes sense - I'm just putting this shit up as a placeholder. Sorry, I'm a bit wankered tonight.

I can't see much damning shit in there. But I've only skimmed it. Just putting it up while I can. It's probably nothing.

That could be a revision since the only thing I can spot as damaging is the intent to disband the nuclear family, since that sounds like some crazy Jonestown moonbat nonsense

We should probably see if there are earlier archives to see if there were multiple revisions before it all got yeeted

Louisville is gonna burn.

'State of Emergency' declared by LMPD as Breonna Taylor decision looms

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Metro Police Department has canceled all off days and vacation requests until further notice as the agency prepares for Attorney General Daniel Cameron's announcement in the Breonna Taylor case.

Sgt. Lamont Washington announced the decision in a Monday afternoon news release.

"The public may also see barriers being staged around downtown, which is another part of our preparations," Washington said in the statement.

In a memo, dated Sept. 21, Interim Chief of Police Robert Schroeder declares a state of emergency for LMPD, enacting the changes.

"To ensure we have the appropriate level of staffing to provide for public safety services and our policing functions, effective immediately the LMPD will operate under the emergency staffing and reporting guidelines as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Response Plan, and collective bargaining agreements until further notice," the memo states.

Cameron has not released a timetable for the announcement. However, the federal courthouse downtown, The Gene Snyder U.S. Courthouse & Customhouse, is closed this week in anticipation of a decision in the case.

Last week, Tom Moore, the facilities manager of the General Services Administration, said the Department of Homeland Security had identified four buildings it classified as "high risk" targets in Louisville in the wake of civil backlash in connection with the decision. Those include the aforementioned federal courthouse, the Romano L. Mazzoli Federal Building, the U.S. Attorney's Office building and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building.

The General Services Administration has already begun taking proactive steps to protect the buildings, Moore said.

So, 208 years later they're coming back to burn it down again.
Fuck the 1619 Project. Fuck the 1776 Project. We're in the 1812 Project now, motherfuckers.

I'd be interested to find out if it's really woke media where these kids travel to the past and find out black pipo invented everything, or if the article is being hyperbolic and invoking Wakanda of all things without the authors knowledge. I'm a bit more discerning about such distinctions ever since an article tried to claim Billy Dee Williams said he was gender fluid when he said no such thing.

Definately terrorism charges, don't go easy on the fucking leaf.

Looks like it was nuked between the 17th and 18th:

Most of the issues stem from the “disrupting the Western nuclear family“ line. It is Marxist language, as Engles saw families as something that needed to be destroyed. Combine that with the joggers not having fathers in their community and how destructive that has been, and it is an easy target for people who oppose BLM.
