I hope that kid is his and turns out to be some 150+ I.Q., loving, responsible, honest person who finds meaning in life through the works they make with their own hands and ideas, and the people they care about. I hope that kid becomes a paragon of humanity, does some crazy awesome shit like cure cancer or get us to Mars.

That'd be the most hilarious outcome imo. Ralph would be so unbelievably seething and assmad at his own progeny's success.

Videos and pictures of ultrasounds are not a HIPAA violation if the mother (patient) consents. Plenty of people do it.

I don't think the clinic would normally give a shit. Don't take anything Ralph says as truth.
