Likely a HELOC: Home Equity Line of Credit. Cashing out the equity of a paid off house, and re-mortgaging it, probably for a large amount due to property value runup.

Grandad likely bought the house for 20k in the 50s, worked hard through the 60s and stagflation 70s to pay it off, and left it to dad. Dad watched it go from $40k to $400k in the 80s-00s, and left it to the kids who took out a loan against that inflated worth, to cash out without giving up the house.

If they're getting evicted now, they haven't just missed a mortgage payment or two. My guess they haven't paid in a couple of years.

It takes three months of non-payment to wind up in foreclosure, and, even then, it can take several months to a year for the bank to go through the actual legal process and get its ass in gear to kick the inhabitants out. That was a big irony during the foreclosure crisis a decade ago, all this gnashing of teeth about how unfair foreclosure is, but renters can be kicked out the same month they refused to pay for (in practice it takes longer, but renters wish they could not pay for two months and not get kicked out).

It sucks for mortgage holders who have actual money in the house (put down a real down payment and have steadily paid the mortgage without refinancing or getting a HELOC), but most people who lost their homes ten years ago likely had approximately zero dollars invested at that point. Pro tip: If you feel like you need to use your house as a credit card, sell it and then downsize.

This is the real problem with all of this Cult of Intersectionalism shit: If they were all relatively harmless morons out banging bongos in the town square and yelling about trans rights, that would just be annoying for the most part.

However, the problem is: We now have grown ass adults openly denying reality from the very outset, who refuse to listen to anyone other than fellow cult members. And many of these grown ass adults are in positions of power. Some work in education and have power over the minds of children and young people. Some work in media and have power over information. Some work in Silicon Valley and have control over most commonly used platforms. And even worse yet, some of them work in government, and should you live in their district, they have power over your rights, your income, your property and ultimately, your life. Maybe a little dramatic but it's correct.

In a more righteous world, people like that senator would be immediately cast out and blackballed after making such a statement, at best. But we don't live in that world, we live in Clown World.

My low-hanging-fruit guess is that Louisville is not going to prosecute the officers involved or do much of anything to them because the issues with Breonna's case are almost entirely related to the propriety of the no-knock warrant, holding the executing officers responsible for a shoddy warrant that a judge approved is uh...not a happening thing even if they did shell out 12 million over the case. I don't think that the city wants to get sued by several SWAT officers as well as shelling out the 12 so at best they might discipline the officer responsible for writing the deficient warrant but I'd put that as an outside possibility.

We all know this isn't enough for the mob, and I suspect they do too.
I doubt they will discipline the officer who wrote the warrant unless they can have some solid evidence that shows something was faked in it. After all a judge needs to approve the warrant, it is not like cops just make a warrant and no one approves it (even if some judges rubber stamp warrants, it is their job to review them and make sure there is Probable cause/or what ever the standard is).

Is Jake Gardner the new Epstein? In as far as "he didn't kill himself".
No, the thing that made the Epstein meme popular was that it was the one thing the left and right agreed on, even if they didn't agree on who to blame. The left is saying Gardner an hero'd him self, the right is saying foul play.

sjws: ALLOWING THE 1ST AMENDMENT IS FACISM
also sjws: NOT ALLOWING THE 1ST AMENDMENT IS FACISM

we were telling these faggots for years that free speech is a good thing, and NOW they realize it when it's their ass on the line
They still don't realize it. They're just mad that something is happening to them and that's what they don't like.

I know she is a fucking liar and lying, but what group is she claiming as "white supremacist" that he allegedly affiliated with?

The group that believes "self defense of life and property is a fundamental right."

Apparently the right to fuck off and live your own life is "white privilege."

Some "enterprising" group of morons has been hitting the forum with a DDOS apparently. Maybe we're getting too close to the truth? Too much wrongthink?

Nah, I doubt it, probably just some faggots with entirely too much free time.

I'm going with too much wrong think that gets too close to the truth.

As for whether it is the George Floyd riot thread or the overall Kiwi Farms I am unsure.
