It makes sense though, her hair is thinned out at the temples so if she's pregnant it could be a high risk pregnancy and they need to confirm there's a bun in there so they can do everything they can to keep it in there as long as possible.

Faith intended to get pregnant, she was probably charting ovulation and her basal body temperature with an app. Most people don't intend to get pregnant so your wife doesn't know until she starts vomiting violently after some wine or a salty hashbrown or something and then she sees the brand new box of always under the sink she bought three months ago and it all starts clicking together.

I don't know how to explain this but the way he took the picture, how he is standing there, behind the lady doing the ultrasound instead of by Faith's side like you normally would in this situation (seeing your baby for the first time which should be an emotional moment). Instead he is focusing on how to use this to look good on twitter and how to own the alogs, and how the fuck do you mention abortions when announcing your baby to the world?

Faith will probably miscarry. If 3 weeks is true, the only reason they would see her, and ultrasound, is if she is high risk.
