A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

  • Louise and Charlie Draven will both undergo gender confirmation surgeries
  • They are raising seven-year-old son called Star, who they say understands them
  • While Louise has had surgery, Charlie has been on waiting list for 26-months
A transgender couple who both identify as the opposite sex have revealed that their son's biological father has undergone her gender affirmation surgery after years of waiting.

Louise Draven, 34, from Middlesborough, is biological father to their son Star Cloud, while Charlie Draven is his biological mother. Five weeks ago Louise underwent gender reassignment surgery in order to be in her 'ideal body'.

Appearing on This Morning today Louise explained that after nearly ten years she finally feels 'comfortable with herself as a person', and feels as though she can move with her life without the 'emotional baggage' she had before her surgery.

Meanwhile, Charlie has been on a waiting list to be diagnosed with gender dysphoria for 26 months, and admitted it's 'emotionally draining' that he has no idea when his first appointment will be.

While the parents initially raised their child with no specific gender, they told today on the show that their son now identifies as male, and said he was 'happy' about his undergoing surgery.

Speaking of her surgery, she said: 'It's pushing nine or ten years since I started on everything. It is literally five weeks today outside of surgery, and it's been a really good time.

'It's been emotional, it's been up and down. It's been one of those things where people think it must be a cure all fix.

'Everything has fallen into place more comfortably, I feel more comfortable with myself as a person and I can deal with the stuff I have to deal with, without dealing with a lot of emotional baggage I did before the surgery.'

While Louise now feels 'everything is in the right place', she admitted it wasn't the 'Julie Andrews reaction' she had once expected.

The Dravens, married in 2012, were believed to be Britain's first entirely gender fluid family. Their son Star now identifies as a boy
'It wasn’t like that,' said Louise. 'Quite a lot of people were expecting the Julie Andrews reaction where everything is fantastic and it wasn’t over the top.

'But you wake up that first morning and everything felt right and in place, and everything was where it should be, and this is my definition of who I am.'

The pair also discussed news that the British Medical Association said transgender people should be allowed to legally change their gender identity without a doctor's consent.

Charlie explained that while he feels a 'new set of problems' will arise if these reforms are made, being on the waiting list for so long has 'drained' him, and feels transgender people need more support while they are waiting for a diagnosis.

He told: 'For me I think they should work on the waiting lists rather than the gender reform. I do agree with having a medical diagnosis. If that is not there it opens up a whole new set of problems.

'However being on the waiting list so long is emotionally draining,' Charlie went on. 'I have been on for 26 months now.

'Because of the Covid crisis, they aren’t sure when my fist appointment is going to be, but there are people who have been waiting longer than I have.

'In the gender clinic I understand there are two doctors who can give the diagnosis and I think we need a little bit more support while we're waiting on the lists and things.'

The pair previously revealed that Star was being raised gender neutral - with his parents focusing on raising a 'person' not a 'boy', however their son has since identified himself as male.

'For star with Louise he's always known Louise as mum, said Charlie, 'But the only difference is mum has to go to the bathroom three times a day.

'He knows she's doing something she needs to do and we haven’t told him the ins and outs, but he knows the doctors are help mummy to be she needs to be.'

When asked how he reacted to the news of the surgery, Charlie explained: 'He asked if mummy would bring something back because she was going so far away, but after that he said if mum’s happy I’m happy.'

Something interesting that you can't unsee when you notice it is that most couples look a lot alike. Even Steve Mnuchin and his trophy wife have similar facial features. But these two? Holy shit. I've never seen a more mismatched couple. They a hundred percent are together for their delusions, not because they're attracted to each other, let alone in love.

Something else I've noticed with tranny couples is that frequently it's the man who's settling hardcore. This dude is mostly ugly because of the gross shit he's done to his face, but his partner is completely fug no matter what she does to herself. Similar to how MTF trans often take their spouse's name or date a woman a lot older than they are, it all seems to be part of the larp. "I'm a real woman because I took my spouse's name/because my spouse is a cradle robber/because my spouse is way uglier than I am."

You know, it can be hard to tell with kids and I'm around them so rarely I'm not the best judge, but that does look like a little girl to me (:_(
Either way, kids fucked.
Both parents are presumably on hormones. Daddy's estro-sperm and mommy's teatosto-eggs probably made a pretty sweet concoction of fucked up offspring.
Hoping for some tiny miracle they at least weren't on hormones when they conceived

Except in suicide methods.

We live in a mad, mad world when it's considered more merciful to inject someone with body-altering chemicals, slice their most delicate and intimate pieces of flesh into horrorshow parodies of the opposite sex, dress them in clothing they are no way fit to wear, and tell them they're just wonderful! instead of just getting it over with and putting a bullet in their brain.

How long until they're cancelled...?
Probably never, the authors of the article are already a part of a conservative think tank and the correction refferenced is directly from the AJP, which belongs to the APA, which you cannot directly criticize without looking like a loon anymore. This is actually bad because a cancelling would give this attentio.

What’re you talking about, they’re a perfect match. Husband looks like Conan O’Brien, wife looks like Andy Richter.

British cops so cucked they pay trannies to tell them they should all be murdered.

How are the cops expecting anyone to take seriously his demand we use different pronouns in consecutive sentences.

(Italics in original)

Fuck these people.

Northern Ireland? :story:

Now I *hope* they abolish their police so this troon can see what a full-scale IRA comeback looks like. UK deserves to lose NI for being such massive cucks.

So the UK government's official response to the potential changes of the Gender Recognition Act has been published. Link

Today, I am announcing the Government’s response to the consultation on the Gender Recognition Act 2004.

As a Government, we are determined that everyone in the UK should be free to live their lives and fulfil their potential regardless of their sex, gender identity, race or disability.

We are proud to have introduced same-sex marriage and passed the Turing law.

We want transgender people to be free to live and to prosper in a modern Britain. We have looked carefully at the issues raised in the consultation, including potential changes to the Gender Recognition Act 2004.

It is the Government’s view that the balance struck in this legislation is correct, in that there are proper checks and balances in the system and also support for people who want to change their legal sex.

However, it is also clear that we need to improve the process and experience that transgender people have when applying for a Gender Recognition Certificate – making it kinder and more straightforward. Our changes will address the main concerns that trans people themselves tell us they have about it.

In 2017 we conducted by far the largest survey ever of British LGBT people, with over 108,000 respondents, of whom 7000 were trans. Of those who had completed their transition, around 2 in 5 said that they had a Gender Recognition Certificate, a higher proportion than is often believed. The survey then asked those who had not applied what had prevented them from doing so. They were able to choose as many reasons as they wanted.

Thirty-eight per cent told us the process was too bureaucratic. So we will place the whole procedure online. Thirty-four per cent said the process was too expensive. This, too, we will address. We will reduce the fee from £140 to a nominal amount.

We have also come to understand that gender recognition reform, though supported in the consultation undertaken by the last government, is not the top priority for transgender people. Perhaps their most important concern is the state of trans healthcare. Trans people tell us that waiting lists at NHS gender clinics are too long. I agree, and I am deeply concerned at the distress it can cause.

That is why we are opening at least three new gender clinics this year, which should see waiting lists cut by around 1,600 patients by 2022. The full benefit of the increases in clinical capacity that we’ve been able to secure will lead to greater patient choice, shorter waiting times, better geographical coverage and easier access. It will also make it easier to fulfil the medical requirements of obtaining a GRC.

It is why we last year provided funding for the UK’s first National LGBT Health Advisor to help improve transgender people’s experience.

Britain leads the world as a country where everybody is able to lead their life freely and treated with respect and that, for many years, transgender people have been widely accepted in British society; able to use facilities of their chosen gender; and able to participate fully in modern life.

At the heart of this is the principle of individual liberty. Our philosophy is that a person’s character, your ideas, and your work ethic trumps the colour of your skin or your biological sex. We firmly believe that neither biology nor gender is destiny.

The Equality Act 2010 clearly protects transgender people from discrimination. The same act allows service providers to restrict access to single sex spaces on the basis of biological sex if there is a clear justification.

We want every individual, regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity to have the confidence and the freedom to be themselves.

We will continue with our international leadership by hosting our International LGBT Conference to make sure LGBT people around the world are safe to be themselves.

A copy of the analysis report of consultation responses has been placed in the Library of the House and will be published on GOV.UK.

Trannies obviously continue to be big mad because self-ID wasn't included, so this is obviously akin to murdering them. The gov's response is too nice and pandering. Wish they had just told them to fuck off.

The government has been accused of a “shocking failure of leadership” after ruling that transgender people cannot legally change their gender without a medical diagnosis.

After a three-year consultation, Liz Truss, the minister for equalities, announced that the government will maintain the present rules that require a two-year wait, a diagnosis of gender dysphoria and an application to a panel to legally change gender.

Campaigners who had pressed that transgender people be allowed to self-identify attacked the reforms today, claiming that they “don’t go anywhere near far enough toward meaningfully reforming the act to make it easier for all trans people to go about their daily life”.

The rules are contained in the Gender Recognition Act 2004, which sets out a series of conditions that must be met for a transgender person to receive a certificate giving legal recognition to their change in gender.

“It is the government’s view that the balance struck in this legislation is correct, in that there are proper checks and balances in the system and also support for people who want to change their legal sex,” Ms Truss said.

While her announcement was not a surprise, following recent briefings ruling out a change, she struck a emollient tone, suggesting that the government has decided against trying to make the issue a dividing line with parts of the liberal left.

Instead, Ms Truss said she wants the process of seeking a gender recognition certificate not only simpler but “kinder” and said the government would seek to address the concerns about the process that trans people had complained of.

Some of the newly elected Conservative MPs representing seats in the north of England challenged Boris Johnson over the summer to back reforms to make it easier for people to change their gender, warning that refusal to do so would amount to a “new Section 28 moment” for the Conservatives.

Section 28 was a notorious law from the 1980s than banned councils from “promoting homosexuality”.

The procedure for applying for a legal change in gender will be moved online to make it simpler and the fee for obtaining a certificate will be reduced from £140 to “a nominal amount”, Ms Truss said.

She also announced that the government would cut waiting lists for transgender health care by about 1,600 patients by 2022 as three new gender clinics open this year, saying this and not the legal process of changing gender was “the top priority for transgender people”.

“The full benefit of the increases in clinical capacity that we’ve been able to secure will lead to greater patient choice, shorter waiting times, better geographical coverage and easier access,” Ms Truss said. “It will also make it easier to fulfil the medical requirements of obtaining a GRC [gender recognition certificate].”

However, Stonewall, which campaigned for the right to self-identify as transgender, said the government had “fallen far short” on its promise to reform the Gender Recognition Act, made when Theresa May was prime minister.

Nancy Kelley, Stonewall’s chief executive, said: “It’s a shocking failure in leadership that after three years and a robust public consultation, the UK government has put forward only minimal administrative changes to improve the process for legal gender recognition of trans people in England and Wales.

“While these moves will make the current process less costly and bureaucratic, they don’t go anywhere near far enough toward meaningfully reforming the act to make it easier for all trans people to go about their daily life.

“All trans people deserve to be respected for who they are. Reforming the act could have brought England and Wales in line with our neighbours in the Republic of Ireland, who have had a de-medicalised, self-determination system for gender recognition since 2015 without any problematic repercussions.”

Tories in Name Only don't count.

Y,know we'd actually get less of this if we stopped kink shaming autogynephiles. Then they wouldn't try to to save face by declaring themselves true and honest women. If a guy wants to wear lingerie and/or panties in the privacy of his own home and jerk off that's his own buisness.

But they don't. They want to dress that way at the public library in front of a captive audience of children.

A bloke can call himself a woman.

The same act allows service providers to restrict access to single sex spaces on the basis of biological sex if there is a clear justification.

But he is sex is still male and because of this he can get told to fuck off.

So biological sex still trumps troon feelings. They only contradict themselves because they don't want to upset gender loons (who are always reeeing anyway).

There's a good twitter thread on why that's absolutely not the case.

Twitter thread on AGP as addiction from last year may be useful: https://twitter.com/LaraAdamsMille1/status/1171239053867569152

If you really want to help your friend I suggest going in sideways, try and find out what it is that he is disassociating from.
AGP is his (fantasy, imaginary, unworkable) escape hatch, so where is he attempting to escape from? Child abuse/post traumatic stress (often relating to time in the military - see Jamie Shupe) are the two biggies.

Ultimately though, he isn’t your child so he isn’t your responsibility, and you aren’t stuck with him the way transwidows with kids are. Don’t let him pull you down his panty-addiction plughole. If you genuinely care about him tell him you aren’t strong enough to be his transition support system but you are happy to continue to ’insert normie hobby here’ with him. He’ll probably reject the offer but it gives him a route back to friendship for when he realises humans can‘t change sex and only a minuscule number manage to look as though they have.

https://www.transwidowsvoices.org/ contains numerous stories from women who have been romantically involved with AGPs. Read it for the warning signs and point his girlfriend towards it if you can (it’s weird how similar the stories are).
