Maybe, then you also have to consider the fact that the creators of that game are still on a Black Lives Matter trip, and created transsexual characters for their next expansion to politically pander - then, you also have to be aware of the fact they gave the authorship of their new book to a half-shaven blonde woman who rants about white men on Twitter 24/7 and thinks she's a literary revolutionary.

Even the WoW forums still capture posts from users talking about racism in the game, and it gets hundreds of upvotes (as do the replies making fun of it.)

Eh, I'm in the opinion that people overthink Western commie's attempts to destroy the family.

Western ideological communism is all about not having to work and making other people do stuff for them

Raising a family is the most work a normal person is likely to do in their life

You mean retail or classic? Retail tends to be a lot more PC in its userbase, from my experience. People are more antisocial in any regard, and actiblizz has more... actual GMs working it. Classic even when it released seemed a lot more like the old internet - wild wild west, people just saying whatever shit. Lot more folks talking, lot more engagement, folks generally older overall. Edgy jokes that're definitely dated getting thrown around a lot - definitely a different crowd.

This is a good time to suggest reading (if you can get ahold of a copy) Is It Utopia Yet? by Kat Kincade, one of the founders of Twin Oaks, East Wind Farm, and Acorn. I own a copy of the book and have read it over and over. Her group wanted to imitate Walden Two by B.F. Skinner. She acknowledged the group tried raising the commune's kids in Skinner boxes only to abandon the idea because the commune's families revolted.

She had some very insightful takes on what her worldview was as a young woman in the 1960s to her worldview in the early 1990s when the book was published (she has since died). My takeaway was that Kat realized that...(deep breath)...COMMUNISUM DOES NOT WORK. She makes a great case for why, what mistakes they made, why they shitcanned some practices, but kept others.

And like the Kibbutzim, she acknowledged that their ways work only with a FINITE NUMBER. Hence Acorn which was spun off of Twin Oaks. And even then...all of these places are riddled with problems.

Seems pretty likely that the word has gotten out to prepare for a no true bill. Doubt the PD would be mobilizing the way it is otherwise. And it should surprise no one. When you send cops to serve a warrant and someone in the house shoots at them, it's pretty hard to charge them for returning fire. A more nuanced question would be if it is the fault of whomever signed the warrant, applied for it, if the department tactics suck or if you should be raiding houses for drugs at all anymore. But nuances like that don't matter when there's lootin' to be done.

Nobody asked. Nobody ever asks.

Kentucky already made no-knock raids illegal in the aftermath of Taylor's killing, which is exactly what they should have done, and activists should be happy about it, but of course they're never happy about anything.

Making no-knocks illegal (and there's also a bill at the federal level) is a much better outcome on a society-wide level than trying (and failing) to prosecute the cops involved.

The main thing they should be angry about is that no-knocks weren't made illegal a long time ago. They were always dangerous to everyone involved, and there have been legit cases of cops busting down the wrong door.
