Who wants to bet some journo will claim that "Trump/Barr/McConnell somehow put the grand jury up to not charging for murder so there would be riots to help them get re-elected"?

Your average extremist can't think that far ahead, nor do they have the technical knowledge to go through with that.
I think it's more a matter of when they'll make that claim, not whether they will.

The problem isnt tannerite or anfo. Its finding a detonator or making one to make that shit go boom which is a challenge.

Anyone else remember when they said to social distance and not have any large gatherings? I must’ve missed the part where covid doesn’t spread if you’re protesting the shooting of a black person by police.

If there’s one thing that 2020 has proven, it’s that our country is run by the emotions of adult-children who give 0 fucks about anything beyond their own feelings of moral superiority. It really sucks this all happened this year instead of an odd year, because at least then we could throw out all these pathetic politicians right away instead of having to wait 2-4 years.

They already are, one of the promoted twitter post is WSJ blaming trump for "having control over the media."
Then, iirc I went into a twitter-walk and ended up in one of his posts and apparently the screeding retards also think he has control over state actions.

Leave it to Antifa to have never read The Anarchist Cookbook.

Jesus christ, I know a lot of people on here might want to cheer this on but look at the language being used here; Half these statements on illegal content, bad samaritans, and owner's responsibility of speech could easily apply to the farms.
Here's some of their definitions to help people understand how fucked this site could get.

Bad Samaritans - Platforms that purposely solicit and facilitate harmful criminal activity. This site might not do that, but all it takes is one person who doesn't give a shit and doesn't look into it deeply enough and shit's fucked. Especially since doxing is apparently illegal if this shit gets through.
Cyber Stalking - Doxing is part of said definition, for some reason (because apparently easily identifiable information found for the explicit purpose of laughing at someone is somehow stalking now).

But the biggest thing that could fuck over any attempt to have the bigger sites stop fucking over everything and using 230 as an excuse is this:
c. Explicitly Overrule Stratton Oakmont to Avoid Moderator’s Dilemma. Third, the Department proposes clarifying that a platform’s removal of content pursuant to Section 230(c)(2) or consistent with its terms of service does not, on its own, render the platform a publisher or speaker for all other content on its service.
While it's obvious they're trying to solidify all definitions in 230 and then haphazardly concluding "it's enough" it isn't.

Cyber-stalking is still an overly generalized term, they just gave a vague definition in 230 a word and didn't expand on it further, and in typical Government faggotry left the 'solution' half-baked, probably for further "edits" that somehow involve them getting more funding.

All the way from Arizona? Dang. Still makes me chuckle that they got mad at Kyle for traveling like 30 minutes away (to a place he worked).

Also yeah, I have lefty relatives who are paranoid as fuck about covid, but think the large protests are a noble way to champion social justice. No idea how that works.
In fairness, U-haul has huge fleets of vehicles registered in many states (correction) Arizona which largely stay where they get dropped off, so they could well have rented it locally.

All UHauls have AZ plates. That's where their HQ is and they all get commercial multistate prorated AZ fleet plates. Licencing commercial vehicles is far more complicated than personal vehicles.

I personally think that they should do 230 reform, but limit it to platforms or companies that are either publicly traded and/or have revenues of over 1 billion dollars. Shouldn’t saddle little companies and random blogs with tons of compliance costs. I’m sure congress won’t though, if they do anything at all. Most likely if they pass 230 reform they’ll do it so it hurts places like the forum way more so that people will be screaming to repeal it.

They probably still think that orange juice is an ingredient of napalm. Seeing how in over 100 days they still haven't learned to make real Molotov cocktails (too dumb to translate a WW2-era Soviet instructional leaflet?), I doubt they'll progress to anything more destructive.
