This is an interesting point and I actually do follow what you’re saying, because I see something very similar where Onision is concerned.

Grugly’s mother was advised to abort him because an ultrasound showed he had some cranial deformities. Tami, however, made the worst fucking decision of her life after not swallowing in the first place and opted to carry him to term instead. Even as an adult he’s weirdly deformed with an oversized head and ridiculously short T-Rex arms. Add to that the fact that when little bitty tard Gruggy was growing up his batshit mother coddled, pampered and enabled his tard behaviors in every way possible because he was her sooper speshul “indigo child” (to the point that she went to his school one time when he was in trouble and had a crazyass meltdown of her own at the principal of the damn school). Sound familiar?

I’m sure the Greers are more stable than Crazy Tami by far, but the fact that they too coddled their tard child produced a similar outcome: both Russhole and Grugly are low functioning sped manlets with an overinflated ego who struggle to behave like normal adults and angrily blame everyone else around them when things don’t go the way they expect they will. At least thus far Russhole hasn’t shown a preference for 14 year olds and hasn’t produced any children to neglect and abuse.

My absolute favorite part was "talked to a police officer today." They know fuck all about the law except for the parts they had to study for their POST exams, but certainly not IP law. The arbitrary damages, well, that's baffling, and if he had two brain cells to rub together, he could eventually say that Josh was avoiding service. I doubt that will ever happen. I would love to see one of these idiots up against Josh and Nick in court. Shit, I'd pay to see it.

That's the mental image I got as well. Just like the mental image of when he won the suit against the Bunny Ranch was him jumping up and down, flailing his arms, grinning like a child screaming, "I did it! I did it!" Which only served to thrust him forward with these mindless pursuits. Now his pea brain thinks he can win them all even though he's always losing.

He didn't win a lawsuit against the Bunny Ranch. He sued because he claimed Kiera/Murphy stole money from him, when in reality he just wasted the time he paid for by waiting for Olive Garden to open, then on taking her to dinner, not realizing that the clock had started while they were waiting because he's an idiot. He lost that lawsuit because he obviously wrote a letter himself claiming it to be from Hof against Keira/Murphy and the judge in the case didn't believe it was written by Hof. Russell also wound up with a restraining order from Murphy/Kiera. Russell has won 0 lawsuits.

Even if it's true that his adoptive parents might have coddled him I don't believe for a second that that alone would create an Russell Greer. It certainly might cause for some people to grow up with bad behavior or traits, but not to that extent.

When it comes to nature vs nurture I believe it'll depend on the individual. Some people might commit certain acts (violence, murder, or less but still problematic behavior) because of abusive parents or fucked up childhood, neglect, etc. But some other people are just born fucked up in head, and in many times genetics is at play in this case. So I think both are real things that can affect someone and both are not an excuse for whatever shit they decide to do.

I 100% believe that Russel fucked up personality is like his face. Not his adoptive parents fault. He was born like that, fucking disgusting, this isn't abusive parents, mommy issues, being coddled as a child, etc. While some coddling or people feeling pity for him looking/acting like a tard might have made things worse, he is what he is by nature. A disgusting, misogynistic, retarded autist.

I'd imagine, despite the fact he has his mormon college paralegal degree and spends a lot of his time in courthouses attempting to sue people, he's put very little effort into learning anything outside of the self-serving stuff he knows.
It wouldn't be a surprise if he completely tuned out his sentencing and conditions of his suspended sentence because he didn't want to hear anything that altered his world view.

You can petition to move your probation but most the time they don't give a fuck unless you have a "good" reason to do so such as family or work but even then it's a fucking pain in the ass. TL;DR, nigga aint goin nowhere.
