Does anyone else find the move of hers odd? She's been unemployed for a year+, then decides to jump to Portland? I can understand getting out of LA, but Portland isn't that much cheaper. She probably couldn't get the place she's in up there at that price without moving far inland, but two grand a month isn't chicken scratch when you're unemployed.
And for what? To muck around with ten year old census numbers? Something she could literally do anywhere. And that she moved in relative silence, even more odd.
The likely scenario for leaving LA is her lease was up and the place was wrecked from all the cat piss. A uhaul one way would be cheaper than a hotel for a week. But why TF Portland, with apparently no prospects? And in the middle of covid? So weird.
