I think it's more likely he doesn't actually think he can change anyone's mind but he wants to concern troll and then run back to Reddit or whatever hole he crawled out of and go on about how he tried to reason with those evil racist Kiwis but they just wouldn't listen. Either that or he's a sock having a laugh.

One person getting way too tired of this shit, even with part of the internet going "They shouldn't have done it, but...", Can absolutely set all this back. And that's horrifying.

Its better to buy the police station a mascot. Buying them pizza or anything of the sort could be seen as a bribe. That could make life more difficult for them.

A cute baby goat? Sure.
A VR head set? Problematic.

Giving a gift to the police force (and not individual officers) and one that doesnt give the impression of impropriety is the way to go.

CIA has safe houses for defectors and such, and they dual-handle some agents with the FBI, but they're not skulking around the US doing operational acts. Though you might mean something else by "operate."

I don't know what an NSA field agent would be, but NSA/CSS includes the service cryptologic elements, which deploy all over the world. Ditdots can be pretty weird, but they're not NEETS. NSA/CSS also has civilians deployed to CIA stations in the Special Collection Service.

Green to Blue is a common thing but it's usually younger grunts becoming state troopers and local cops as soon as their hitch is up in the countryside or getting recruited into special units like SWAT in larger cities

Usually they're trying to provoke a reaction, normally they expect cars to just bump them, or to push them over, like when that one guy climbed on the cop car last week. The shocked reaction is played up because they're trying to act out a "hit for no reason" scenario when they cut the footage later, removing the context of why a car bumped them.

Recently, though, antifa types have been deliberately kicking/hitting cars, or shooting inside, to start a real driver panic and actually martyr the useful idiots blocking at the front.
