What we did in South East Asia in the 60's and early 70's was on a par with Hitler's tear through Eastern Europe in the 1940s.

I'm sick of the cult of Holocaustianity. The Nazis were far from being history's greatest killers, or even the most indiscriminate. Shit they weren't even the worse in the 20th century.

The cops absolutely did the right thing in this case. The only piece of shit was the boyfriend who decided to start blazing at the cops and put Taylor between himself and the returning fire.

The cop who panicked and shot into the neighboring apartment is being appropriately charged.

Having a No-knock warrant doesn't mean you HAVE to not knock. What they likely did was obtain a no-knock warrant in case they felt it necessary to go in right away, but determined they didn't have to upon reaching the premise so treated it like a normal warrant.

"Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it".

Stop trying to backtrack. I've already posted the press conference.

They did not serve a no knock warrant, end of story.

The entire narrative was built around the cops forcibly entering the apartment without announcing or identifying themselves. This is not true.

The story has been built around lies. In this case at least the cops who shot Taylor did nothing wrong.

I have more in common with Thomas Sowell or my Black co-workers than I do with the average White Middle Class American. Hell, majority White institutions in the West right now are busy pushing ideas like "Trans Women are Women" and the Whitest cities (e.g. Portland) are the most progressive. Skin colour seems such a dumb dividing line for segregation. We already have segregation - it's done by earning capacity. Why do you want to replace that?

How would you decide who is white enough to get in, though? Assuming you need a genetic test to get in, does the one drop rule apply? If it doesn't apply can Castizos, Ashkenazim, and people with mixed ancestry get in the white ethnocommunity? There's a bunch of African Americans with white ancestors out there and a bunch of European Americans with black ancestors.

I'm not backtracking. You literally said "it wasn't a no knock warrant". I posted the warrant they had as released to the press. They may not have executed a no knock raid, but they in fact had a no knock warrant, even if they didn't use it.

I wonder if we'll hear any new info about the cops that were shot at in Louisville (were they? I don't remember if it was confirmed). We'll see how many people were arrested too. It's getting very late here.

Side note: I bet the cops laugh hysterically inside at the rioters' heckling. For instance I'm listening to some guy on a Seattle stream talking about how big a cop's nose is and it looks like the wicked witch of the west. It's utterly hilarious and the complete opposite of intimidating. These people can't meme and they can't shit talk.

Any guesstimate where you have a massive range of specificity (2-6 million in the 80s?) and you have people consistently going solely with the high end threshold, you'd be called extreme, biased, motivated. EXCEPT this one case.

And to ignore the blood on the Red leaders hands is absurd. Oh, communism has never been done right? Bitch, neither has capitalism, slow your role.

I've always posed this question to friends when in the ballpark of this conversation, what's objectively more evil: killing for a specific reason no matter how misguided, or killing wholly indiscriminately?
