I think its unfair to judge an individualist nation like the USA on a metric like cases because Im sure a number of people who got infected were fine with the risk involved. What this all comes down to is society is being shut down in the west to protect the health service because there are so many fat cunts in most western countries, and if even a % of them got this at one time, because it so seriously hits fatties, the health service would be crushed flat. Every. Single. Person. I know who works in health care has stated this to me. Fat people are the reason this has to be taken so seriously in the West.
Fuck the restrictions, keep the genuinely ill at home, but I would not shed a single tear if this killed off a solid 1/3-2/3 of the eatbeasts. Society would benefit, and we could return to normal life.
