Yeah, testosterone does more to female body than estrogen can to a male body. Beard, body hair, voice getting deeper, easier time gaining mussels and so on. It won't change the bone structure nor make tits disappear (but top surgery does) but especially if they go for body building passing is absolutely possible. FtMs can actually look like dudes, short dudes with wierd hips but still dudes.

Still there are stuff like I was once shopping for fabrics and there was this guy doing the same. I'm not sure what but something about him seemed off and bothered me. Any treatment can have side effects that are not yet known, obviously, that's not the relevant clause in in a contract. It should mention the complications that are known, along with their incidence rate, and complications that are suspected, with reference to the relevant literature.
