Their willful ignorance as to the meaning of the word “conspiracy “ as used in the term “civil conspiracy “ is astounding. They are correct though, in stating that Ron can’t keep his mouth shut. That fact does not preclude his participation in a civil conspiracy.

Civil conspiracy is just getting two or more people to participate in some unlawful action. It doesn't mean you go full Illuminati with masks, voice changers, and secret handshakes.
It's kind of like how people confuse premeditation in first degree murder as some kind of elaborate scheme when it more or less boils down to you thinking "This man, I'm going to kill him," before you kill him.

There is only one way you would be able to prove that there has been anyone but Ron accessing Ron's account. You would need to request your twitter data archive, which also shows all your logins, and post it publicly, so people can see what ones are Ron's, and what ones are not.
But, I know Ron would never do this, because that would require him to surrender control of the narrative to the court of public opinion, to public scrutiny, laid bare and open, something a control freak like him wouldn't do without a lot of arm twisting. This would also result in him publicly posting all his posts and DMs, public and private, deleted and not deleted. (You know, the shit that would be in discovery.)
So, he's never gonna post anything.

It's believable that an idiotic gnome like Ron Toye might not realize that his insurance policy would pay for his defense. He's never been through this before. He's in a new, stressful situation and thinking emotionally rather than rationally.
It's rather less believable that a law firm full of professionals who do this on a daily basis don't think to ask about what sorts of insurance he has - until after they've finished doing ridiculously expensive, irrelevant depositions that an insurance company might have said 'no' to if given any forewarning. One certainly questions the timing.
One also wonders how long Ron's been carrying defamation insurance. Just out of morbid curiosity.
(p.s. Ron, if none of your super lawyers mentioned the possibility of your insurance paying for you, and left you paying bills for five months that you didn't need to pay, with all the attendant stress of that financial burden, then your lawyers are thoughtless jack-asses)

Rate me optimistic, but I am of the belief that, at some level, Monica knows what Ron is. Part of the reason she sicked her sheepdog on Vic was to keep Ron's remote arm focused outward, away from her. Stoking the fires with Nick just further keeps Ron distracted.

A lot of "private" info has been made public and he has made no attempts to protect himself.
I feel like he tried to trap someone into doing it so he could pretend to be a more autistic Light Yagami with his gotcha monologues but forgot that VPNs are a thing and that if someone was exceptional enough to go through his shit, they VPN'd it up.
