Yeah I wonder what that doctor will say, really gets the noggin joggin. I don't know how people like Boogie survive at all, even with modern medicine being what it is. I may be an unhealthy degenerate too but at least I'm not determined it's got some mysterious cause.

Do fat people not have a concept of what it's like to be human? Like, Boogie for example, eats like a hippo and is so fat the weight of his own monstrous body is crushing his tendons. I wonder if he thinks that's normal.

I'm particularly intrigued about what his notion of what a normal size meal is. I think his "weight loss" phase is over, but even when he was trying to lose weight (or at least pretending to do so) it seemed like he gave up at some point where he thought "that's it, I can't eat any less than this, this is the normal".

I think that even in a nation with universal healthcare, and capped health costs, a therapist with Booger 1488 as patient could make a fortune.

Medical services which are not available to others because the death fat dumbfuck is wasting them, that's the problem.
The medical staff who tends Booger 1488 (aka Hey look, I ate the whole house) surely would have better and more important things to do than treating a fat lazy fuck who eats himself into an early grave, specially right now.

I think his thought process is more along the line of a drug addict, but with food. If he were in prison and forced to eat small meals, his body would go into severe sugar withdrawls and he'd feel like he's nearing death on day one. He'd be a mess. He'd feel a mix of starvation, extreme anxiety, anger, and would probably act like a methhead but without the physical energy (and end up getting his ass kicked by the other prisoners for moaning and mouthing off so much).

Booger is a great example of why healthcare can backfire, while he is American people like him are drains on any country with it.

The deathfats are increasingly becoming a problem in Germany too. I know people love to say it's an American problem, yeha, no, it isn't.
It is even worse here in Germany, albeit we don't have so much of them, these people use our public transport system too, sadly also in Summer.
