A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

My complaint other than the entire fucking idea of putting men into womens prison is that with this legislation they dont have to have a history of identifying as a woman to be put in a woman prison. That makes easy for actual abusers and rapists to get into womens prison. It used to be there was separate units for gay and troon prisoners in California to some extent— this would’ve been in the late 90s. They were still in male facilities of course because fucking duh, they’re men. But they had a special designation. It was done to cut down on sexual assault.

This report is from 2009, a joint study between UC Irvine and the California Dept of Corrections. It was a trans advocacy project highlighting the vulnerabilities of the trans population in California prisons. Here’s a PowerPoint of it.

Even though it’s advocating for protecting male trans from sexual assault, such a report would never see the light of day in current year as the survey reveals some disturbing information about the trans prison population versus general prison population.

49.8% of trans inmates are in prison for crimes against other persons; general pop is 54%, so these numbers are fairly close. Troon rights advocates like to spew that troons are incarcerated because they’re sex workers, but in California prostitution and solicitation are misdemeanor offenses. So it stands to reason that these men are in there for actual felonies, not just being hookers.

61.1% of trans inmates are in the two highest custody levels (Class III 29%; Class IV 32.1%) versus gen pop 46.9%. There is no explanation as to why trans inmates are placed in higher custody level units.

Life sentences are 13.3% troons versus 14.5% general pop. Again, very close numbers.

Now the biggies: Mental health designation, meaning the inmate has been diagnosed with a mental illness, 64.1% trans versus 20.2% gen pop.

And finally registered sex offender 20.5% trans versus 14.6% gen pop. It should be noted in California that convictions of prostitution and solicitation are NOT subject to being placed on the sex offender registry, so again this isn’t “wont somebody please think of the poor sex workers!” These are men convicted of actual sexual assaults, rapes, CP, etc.

Edit: like any scandal which happens in Ireland, it takes just one case to create a turning point. I think this could be the one. There's already been crap over the "people with a cervix", which was quite insensitive shortly after a cervix smearing scandal which happened recently.

Replied to a similar question earlier. The Irish are not pussies but are mostly unaware of the legislation allowing this to happen is in place. It was brought in on the quiet because trannies, unlike the gays and lesbians, considered that their circumstances did not require a nationwide public debate and celebrated the fact that there was no media discussion at the time.

However, the lack of public awareness is starting to backfire on them. General public ignorance has not helped them in any shape or form. Have come across a Transman, whose avatar I'm using, whining about being refused service in a barber shop as they, rightly, did not believe she was a man. The employees were completely oblivious to the law as there was no national discussion.

Regarding funding, it's not the EU but American. Ireland supplies the headquarters to many American banks, pharma and IT companies to avail of our highly educated workforce and totally nothing at all with the country's dodgy corporation tax avoidance schemes as well as access to the EU market. TENI, one of Ireland's tranny advocacy group, receives funding from Bank of America and it's secretary, Aoife Martin works at MasterCard.
