Ok Brie, you won, I just HAD to find out what the fuck you, of all people, were turned down for.

PART 1
First off, I can see why you're videos aren't doing so well. Part 1 vid right off the gate OOZES with awkwardness, especially those jumpcuts. You're not funny or quirky Brie, in fact you remind me of other "random wymenz on the internet" like JacklynGlenn or Shoe0nHead, and that's not a good thing.

According to her, regarding the "Final Test", and now I'm quoting: "Very stressful dramatic thing. Maybe there is a fancier camera or fancier lighting"

And then the bitch wonders why no one takes her fucking seriously.
According to Brie, auditioning for TV is somehow WORSE than auditioning for a movie. In this part we learn that poor Brie doesn't like waiting for an answer because it gives her heartburn, something that she gave herself since age 11... SO STUNNING AND BRAVE!
We also get a glimpse at her "child acting career" and we learn that Brie was just as autistic back then as she is now as an adult.
After all that, we get to what she auditioned for, but she actually censored some of the things she claims, which makes no sense.
Mentions auditioning as a homeless prostitute for the movie "The Frozen Ground" with Nicolas Cage. First describes it as "It was for some psychological thriller starring Richard Gere"

>She actually left that in the video rather than do some research and re-shoot the take getting her facts correct
She didn't get the part, because her "crying and shaking" for the interrogation scene scared the fuck out of the cast and crew, so Vanessa Hudgens got the job instead. The lesson she learned from this was that she "misread what kind of film it was"... whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean.
She then talks about how she auditioned for Terminator Genisys and got turned down for that because they didn't think she knew how to carry a gun. Few seconds later she says she doesn't want to ever hold a gun... soooooooo WHY THE FUCK DID YOU AUDITION FOR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!?!
She auditioned for Gossip Girl, and got turned down, but she says she's glad she didn't get it.
Can anyone that gives a shit about Brie Larson explain to me why this is "controversial" as Brie herself puts it?
Auditioned for Hunger Games, didn't get it
Auditioned for Tomorrow Land, didn't get it.
Auditioned for Episodes 7-9 of Star Wars, didn't get it.
Auditioned for Disney's Smart House as a kid, didn't get it, AND it's the one that "stings" her the most about not getting.
Auditioned for Brink as a kid, didn't get it (was against the same girl she was against in Smart House).
Auditioned for Spy Kids as a kid, didn't get it. Claims she had no business being in that movie, but always wanted to be a kid spy.
Auditioned for The Big Bang Theory, didn't get it, they said she was too young for the part.
One of the auditions she censored said she was great, but wanted her to come back in a tank-top, jean mini-skirt, and high heels. Got pissed she was told how to dress sexy but she needed the money so she did, except she wore sneakers instead of heels because according to her "high heels don't feel sexy, sneakers do". Went into the waiting room with the rest of the women with the same outfits and she thought all the women there were "just playing out some dude's fantasy". Bottom Line: "JEAN MINI-SKIRTS ARE NOT OK!!!"
According to her, auditioning for Horror Movies are the worst because she hates miming.
Auditioned for Hearts In Atlantas at the age of 12/13. Ran away from home when she found out she didn't get the part. And by "ran away from home" she means "ran around the block and came back home. All she packed was a blanket and "Cheeze-Its" in an easter basket. She wasn't wearing shoes and it was raining outside.
According to her, not having a cell phone while being in school as a kid was "horrible"... bitch us 90's kids did well enough without one.
Claims her auditioning as an adult is her "survival and livelyhood and dream".
Got told "no" like 98-99% of the time.

She then talk about the parts she DID get. Nothing new here except for the following:
- Scott Pilgrim vs The World: Didn't know wtf the movie was about but wanted to be in it because she had a girl boner for the director (Edgar Wright). Watched "The Adult Video Awards" one night and saw the women who won the awards as inspiration for how she should play her part
- Captain Marvel: She kept turning it down because according to her, she is "too much of an introvert to be playing a part like that", but then after she was finished with Kong: Skull Island, she was """convinced""" about playing the part because to her, it all felt so """progressive""" because of """feminism""".
She then ends the video with her "tips" for anyone that wants to audition or be an actor
