If Barrett can pass through the Senate with minimal trouble, then it ends up being a solid choice by Trump. I could see a small bump from the religious and Suburban women which Trump is really struggling with. If not, I'm worried these attacks on ACB have some staying power. You don't want to be tainted by someone who has now been deemed a loser with these "archaic" beliefs.
Trump needs to make sure she gets in. Mitch McConnell has a good track record telling Democrats to go fuck themselves and get stuff done that gets him a lot of hate. And the hate he is getting now is probably higher than the Obama era. GOP must stand their ground on this as the young millienials and for some reason riding with biden niggers want to stop this.

Biden is now stating to stop the nomination and Pelosi for some reason wants to impeach Barr.

Honestly I really did not expect them to sperg out so hard yesterday-- or rather, to sperg out in such dumb directions.
Why didn't you?
But we know reality doesn’t work like that, it’s down to name recognition and MONEY.
I hate dynasties, but I think he'll probably get it unless a strong candidate shows up by 2022.
Y'all done forgot 2016 already? I have no real opinion yet on whether Don Jr would be a good nominee. But being the son of Trump will only get him in the door. If he goes up there and gets bullied like his father did Jeb!, his last name won't do him a lick of good.

There's been a couple times where Trump's endorsements in a GOP primary have gotten destroyed. Like that guy in a wheelchair who spoke at the RNC. Trump initially backed his opponent in the primary. But the voters wanted Trumpier and more to the right. His endorsement is not a rubber stamp.

Trump was fairly out of the blue. It would wholly depend on who walks down that escalator. We're working with the info we have.

And NOBODY wanted another Bush except the party elites.

Don Jr needs another decade of experience and a real accomplishment to his name. He did fine running the Trump Organization, which is impressive enough generally, but that's unavoidably nepotism. He doesn't have tangible business success under his belt, his name isn't on a building, he doesn't have 3 decades of starstruck headlines to back him up.

Personally, he seems like a cheap copy of his father, which is simultaneously a compliment, a disqualifier, and an unfair comparison. He's learning how to shitpost, but he doesn't have the tone down, he always seems too eager to insult for the insult's sake, instead of Trump's offhand insults that are backed by confidence in himself and his position. His books and his opinions seem shallow. Jr just doesn't have the charisma to back it up personally, yet.

Let him run for office somewhere, or takeover part of the real estate business, or go into the wilderness and do something that inspires voters. He's not ready yet. I wouldn't vote for him in 2024, and I can't imagine the rest of the electorate is eager to have him either once his dad is out of the picture.

Whenever Don Jr. talks I get the feeling he inherited all of Trump's loudness but not a lot of Trump's smarts. I'm voting Trump but I just find Jr. unlikeable. He should keep his head down.
Jr is going to ruin the Trump legacy. I have heard not a single idea come out of his mouth, new or otherwise, but he’ll run in 2024 anyway and get into a fight with Pence that may cost us the election.

Honestly I don't want any of the Trump kids in any position of power until they can actually prove themselves rather than cost on their father's coattails. A new political dynasty would be a bad idea no matter who it is.

Personally I don't like some of the things Trump does (mainly his policies related to things concerning Internet issues and other policies alongside his use of Twitter), but I can acknowledge Trump is a strong man who is great for the economy and diplomatic relations that is anti-war which is better than Joe Biden who looks like a malfunctioning robot and his extremely corrupt VP.

Of course the idiots on the worst board on the farms would deny Biden has issues just to deflect to Trump having issues which doesn't really help Biden's case and just assume he only has a stutter (which would be bad if Biden were to negotiate with other world leaders).

What's the point of this tirade it's that I hope Trump wins and that in 2024 there could be proper candidates who are qualified for office on both sides that don't rely on the past to move forward like the Trump kids relying on their father or another Biden relying on nostalgia from the past.

The sucessor to Trump must keep policy intact with small innovations to improve effectiveness and must be more palatable to the general American voter base. By doing so, the Republican party can further increase the inroads Trump laid the groundwork for while ecpanding their reach. Being Hispanic would help too. Maybe that could crack California wide open.

I really don't care if they are Trump's kids, Pence or not, but I wouldn't perfer it. It really doesn't have to be them, it just has to follow Trumpism's central doctrine of non-interventionalism, US-Centric trade, and some adherence to the 2nd Amendment to make me happy.

Also, Nate Zirconium is throwing his takes into the ring.

Also, he is reaching Beanieman's "Ashamed of Balding so I wear Hats Indoors" phase. He also looks like he is turning into Shoenice.

More bad news for the Democrats. Approval for BLM protests has fallen from 54% in June to 39% in September as the media narrative of 'mostly peaceful protests' has collapsed.

Approval is very partisan

The interesting thing about the BLM protests/riots is that they happened too early. If the election had been in June they could well have worked for the Democrats saying 'Orange man racist and bad'. Now it seems like with approval ratings for them securely in minority territory Trump calling for law and order and the Democrats sabotaging the police response to protests in their areas and their media proxies spreading the 'mostly peaceful' line is not going to do them any favors.

I don't really trust either the journal of American greatness or Rasmussen but it doesn't seem that unexpected that people in areas that have had riots would favor a candidate who thinks the police should stop the rioting.

I'm not sure about BLM fucking up the elections but they sure turned George Floyd's death into something no sane person wants to associate with. The first day or so after Floyd's death, even a lot of the right-wing heads were talking about how he was unjustly killed by what appeared to be police brutality, but before there was even a "not guilty" verdict, the far left started smashing and burning everything in sight, and did so for fucking months.

Of course, I still think the riots probably wouldn't have happened to begin with if not for COVID-related lockdowns, when you deny people the pleasure of actually living (hanging out with friends, eating at restaurants, seeing a movie) you get to see the crazy come out.

The last campaign rally that Hillary held in 2016 was in Pennsylvania, and it was a massively televised concert with Beyonce and Jay-Z, with I don't even remember how many "A-List" celebrities that also came in to give a speech. It was just an enormous "look at how much famous people love me" get-together, and I don't even want to imagine how many millions of dollars it took book these idiots, buy their endorsement, and to coordinate the whole ordeal.

And for all of that effort, here was the electoral map for Pennsylvania in 2016:

Apparently some news is coming out that the New York Times will release Trump's tax returns but nothing on Fox or Brietbart about it.
Don't they have anything new? Why do these people never attack Trump on some of his less than stellar policies but focus on the same talking points they used in 2016 or "TRUMP IS A DOO DOO HEAD" arguments.
