The most amazing thing about that Bloomberg article is I doubt it shows what Trump did in 2016-2020 that supports their assertion.

The thing is that most of Trumps assets are hard assets like stocks and real estate holdings. You can effectively use these as collateral to access lines of credit, avoiding the need to pay yourself a wage through your businesses, resulting in no income taxes being paid.
