It's nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015.

Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete's Vanity Fair cover earlier this year.

While Jenner's supporters condemned the costume as "transphobic" and "disgusting" on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup.

"At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes," said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. "We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

Hot take but theft is bad
Rebuttal: political signage is not an object to be owned, but instead an ephemeral footprint of an idea. Therefore it cannot be stolen, only passed around. The homeowners want the ideas behind "Bee Ell Ehm" to travel far and wide, and now it has.

Ken what would be funnier, if on another night they come back, but replace it wi' a Trump sign.

I have doubts that there's a single black "person" in the country that actually owns a BLM sign
Ibram X. Kendi, college professor, communist and professional race grifter who wrote "How to be an Antiracist" AKA White Fragility 2: Melanated Boogaloo, probably has one. Then again, considering how he grifts, he might just bully all his white neighbors into putting them up and not put one up himself. But yeah, definitely more white people than black people with these signs.

GREEN Party candidate Saoirse McHugh says it’s “case closed” after Luke ‘Ming’ Flanagan claims a tweet from his account about her skinny dipping was not from him.
Independent Member of the European Parliament Ming claims his Twitter account was hacked after it posted a message about McHugh skinny dipping.

Luke 'Ming' Flanagan claimed his Twitter was hacked

The message appeared online at around 2.50am yesterday morning and read: “Sapirse (sic) McHugh skinny dipping.”

The message has been removed but a screenshot of the post was circulating on social media yesterday.
Speaking to the Irish Sun, the Midlands North West MEP said he did not put up the post himself and has contacted Twitter HQ due to concerns that his account had been hacked.
He said: “I didn’t tweet this. Why on earth would I? At first I thought it was photoshopped.

“Have contacted twitter to see what’s going on. Changed my password as I think it must be compromised.”
'NASTY PEOPLE OUT THERE'
The outspoken MEP later tweeted to say that he believes his account was hacked and claimed that there are “some nasty people out there.”
He said: “Have just changed my password. I believe my account was compromised. I am contacting to twitter to establish what’s has happened. Some nasty people out there. Mind yourselves.”
The Roscommon politician was a vocal supporter of Green Party candidate Saoirse McHugh when she ran for the European Parliament in 2019.

McHugh yesterday told the Irish Sun that MEP Flanagan contacted her when he saw the post and explained that he’d been hacked.
She said: “I have been talking to Luke. He contacted me and gave me the heads up and I believe him and consider it case closed.”
MEP Luke Ming Flanagan made the headlines earlier this year after he was caught wearing no trousers on a video call for an EU Agriculture Committee meeting.
The independent MEP laughed off the incident and said he had just come back from a run when he was caught on camera with no trousers.

Saoirse McHugh shot to fame in the European election following a lively debate on RTE during which she blasted fellow candidate Peter Casey.
The Achill Island native performed well at the polls in the European elections and went on to narrowly miss out on a seat for the Green Party in this year’s general election.
She has since quit the Greens following the party’s decision to go into coalition with Fianna Fail and Fine Gael.

>HOT NEIGHBOR NAKED SEX TIME

No, I didn't google that because I'm a legit retard drunk who can't figure out computers. It was anonymous and cyber punks hacking my mainframe!
Ming is a famous druggie, so it's most likely he was high.

Incidentally Irish Libel laws are some of the worst in the world, so bad that an allegation being true isn't always a defence. Hence why the Irish Media is being so careful in what they're reporting. Likewise UK papers that have offices in Ireland.

He's lying. He got stoned and posted something that he meant to do a search for. I can see why Saoirse McHugh is pretending to believe him though.
