Doesn't Jan do most or all of Frank's stuff with him? If he were there that would somehow make it even better.
 
I might cop some shit for this but Frank's self-recorded behavior is going to get Boogie off the hook for this. Frank's going to FUCKING JAIL!

You really can't go on air in front of a huge audience and threaten to physically assault a man at his own house while on camera, and then actually turn up to his house with a camera and attempt to taunt him to come out, and then expect the authorities to believe "It was all just a big funny Internet joke, I was just pretending to be retarded".

Frank decides to go to his door to call him a pussy after the boogie said he wouldn't and called him a fat faggot, boogie decides to demand that the air con repair man in his house hold his dog as he goes to steal his room mates gun, boogie opens the door with the gun pointed at frank believing that this will terrify him and make him leave. Frank instead bursts into laughter and calls him a fat faggot again, booger shoots the warning shot while the air con repair man can be heard saying he really doesn't want to be involved with any of this shit and just wants to do his job. Booger proceeds to continue threatening him while having no clue how castle doctrine works and frank leaves while boogie is choking back tears.

Well, when police investigates Boogie (if him firing shots is true), this interview will obviously be used against him from how openly he showed his intent to hurt Frank.

Not sure how this sort of thing works, but Boogie challenged him to visit his house in the first place on the Killstream. Frank never assaulted him nor came with a weapon, he just took up the challenge while joking at him, then Boogie came to him with the gun and shots. Boogie also further lost even more chances for a defense since he openly showed his intent to hurt Frank in the interview.
If Boogie never challenge Frank, all this would never happen.
