Given the context it looks boogs is in the wrong. Daring him to come to his house, firing a warning shot, and Frank not doing anything other than trespassing to justify deadly force.

That's because it is staged. In Keem's video you can hear a gunshot and there is no reaction to it from either party, not even an "oh shit that guy just fired" from Frank or something without mentioning how the gunshot is heard when the screen was black, meaning it was likely edited in. I also find it hard to believe that people who are attention whores would NOT record this shit, not only for views but for legal purposes.

Why would you even open the door to a guy you believe to be a threat? Why would you not call the police as soon as your stalker posts shit online about coming to you? Why would you knock the door of someone who has threathened to kill you? Why take a picture instead of just recording a video?

I know they are lolcows but this is also the same guy who posted nude pictures of his fat and threathens suiciding for attention. Something like this isn't that farfetched.

He's absolutely right though, you're not allowed to fire "Warning Shots" just because an autist troll is at your front door, you're only allowed to fire your gun if he's an immediate threat to your safety. Boogie should have filed a restraining order and when Frank was at his front door called 911.

First fucking rule. Know your target, and what is behind it. A warning shot will get you in more trouble than just shooting someone, cause you have no idea where that round is going.
