Idubbbz wishes he could be in Joji's shoes right now. Joji is leaving the dream and he didn't have to sell out or shit on his past to do so. It's pretty obvious to me that Ian, like most youtubers, never really thought past "get famous" and by time he did it was far too late.
Even ignoring Youtube's changing policies, no one is gonna last forever no matter how good the content. Now he is in the same spot other youtubers are in where they just coast on their wading relevancy.
On that note, it's kind of ironic that one of youtube's most vulgar accounts "filthy frank" can go on to the mainstream without being cancelled (there were attempts). But pewdiepie and his mostly inoffensive content, gets shit on by the mainstream every chance they get.
