The Rial household seems like a bundle of fun.
Does their brother have some issue as well?

Wonder who she will blame for this sexual assault.
Vic, Guardiola (monica's pedo ex), Nick, JosephTX, the same guy who allegedly raped Monica when she was a teen, or Jordanreapers

Though, on the half-serious side, judging from the family history, I am just going to assume he too has been sexually assaulted, somehow.

Went to look up this one ISWV after reading one of BT's latest simping spergings in the Sea Salt Mines and saw this

Did... Did she just publicly admit that her whore of a sister & Funimation may have conspired against him out of personal hatred?
TF's wrong with this bloodline?

I donno what is wrong with them, but if anyone want to see if the brother has anything odd in his past:

No obvious hits like; sexual assault or rape that I can find on a quick search.

No nasty rumors, either?

Nothing on a quick look over of this twitter. He appears to work as producer. He has a gf who is kinda cute. I am not sure if know enough about him to sift through the texas court paper system. Though , judging so far: from his twitter feed he might be the most normal of the 3 siblings.....

Aight 1st March is his bday. He turned 36 this year.
The Harris County court webpage is dreadful and looks like something dragged out of the 90's. It also requires a login.

I see one thing, but I can not access it:

I know what you are thinking.
"Oh, its just divorce documents. Nothing major."
Then @JosephTX nabbed @Ron Toye's and they revealed what an abuser he is.
I'm not saying Miguel has skeletons that led to this divorce, but I'm not ruling it out either.

Don't hate me for this, but, ngl, I think he's kinda cute.

Even if Miguel was a woman, those gages in the ears would have turned me off.
I don't understand why they became a thing in the mid-2000s.
It looks so weird.
It's like someone punctured their ears and put checker pieces in them.

Well more in the line of:
"How can I access this shit without having to "become a new user" and give them any info"
Divorces can be ugly af, people do weird shit, and there is all sort of feels involved.

I will also say; I don't think anyone thought Ron was a "normal upstanding citizen" really......(surely not?)

Forgive me, I'm a little behind. What did Nick file?
An amicus brief. It's a document he sent to the court where he explains why he thinks Chupp took the wrong decision.
He choose to focus it on the fact that the second amended petition should have been considered, and that Chupp wasn't supposed not to.
It looks pretty much the same as the other court filling, as Nick wrote it lawyer style. He went over an unfinished version in his stream:

The court isn't required to read it, and Nick indeed said that he thinks they're not likely to.
However, his name is mentionned so often in the defendants fillings that... who knows?

I've added the finished version to the Index.

TBF, and this doesn't dilute Monica's dishonesty where Vic is concerned or her use of her own "rape" as leverage, if Monica was indeed raped at 16 (IIRC) it was likely familial. And if that's the case, it is not too much of a stretch to imagine the same crime being perpetuated on her little sister.

It's a perverted thing that when a father, uncle, boyfriend, etc. are reported to the victims' parents or other; they are not only likely to meet with disbelief but be chastised as well. It's ungodly the way rapists and pedophiles often are supported while their victims are treated as a pariah.

That said, if you don't report it, you're responsible for its continuing unchallenged. Even if they aren't dealt the justice they deserve, you've done all you can and your conscience is clear. The Hebrew law called for a woman to be stoned along with her assailant if she did not cry out.

I get why someone might not report it, but the consequences are on you. It doesn't grant you special status to project onto an innocent man. It doesn't give you the right to be evil because evil was done to you.

Taking that hurt and being an encouragement to others, to be a buttress to other victims is what a good person does with that. Not use it to garner victim points while you destroy another because of som bitter and petty reasons.

Who knows. I will say I am not one who puts much belief in what Monica says.
This is not to disagree with your sentiment here. Most rapes happen in close-relations. Family, friends, or boyfriend/girlfriend. Or otherwise some sort of circle of people you may know somehow.

Natalie Rial is from what I can recall, 25 years of age, and her half-sister. So it would be odd that Monica who was 20-21 years old at her sisters birth, did not say nor do anything if that was the case.
