Serial killer fangirls

I wonder what Richard or Gacy would think if they saw these

I'm pretty sure they would both be flattered to get fan art. They both had ridiculous egos. In particular Gary would appreciate fan art I would think, since he enjoyed making art himself. Although I'm confused as to why Richard is dressed like Daisy from the Dukes of Hazard.

As far as I can tell, none of the Tumblrinas have yet picked up on the flamboyantly-evil Sante Kimes -- an Elizabeth Taylor-lookalike sociopathic matron who was also a professional thief, fraudster, arsonist, slave-holder (one of only two Americans convicted for this in the 20th Century!), and murderer of at least four people. Her over-the-top appearance and persona would be perfect for your more drama-addicted edgelords to depict.

Of course, most of those people were violently ugly in real life, especially Aileen Wuornos. Not that something silly like realism would be taken into accounting in the process of making art like that.

But what do I know, maybe there are some people out there who get really hot and bothered at the sight of Albert Fish's gaunt, geriatric cheekbones or the liver spots on his forehead.

I feel tempted to go to one of these serial killer groupie's DA pages and post that one X-ray of Fish's pelvis with all the needles stuck in it.
Ted Bundy was not ugly.

That moe dictators thing was really weird. I attribute it mostly to Japan having a REALLY insular culture; the average Japanese person likely has no idea how bad these guys actually were/are. Then again, their own worst dictator is on the list...

Though, Mel Brooks said that the best way for the people to get back at a dictator is to make him impossible to take seriously, so maybe those pictures are a good thing? I really have no idea.

Sante is a lady, therefore no pretend boifriendo. Same for Dorthea Puente, she was a senior who murdered her elderly boarders for their SS checks, and buried them in her backyard. I used to write True Crime, serial killer fangirls are nothing new, they just can all connect on the internet now.

Which was one of many reasons I thought the Rodge was probably a closet case.
Ehh, wouldn't be particularly surprising given his voice and mannerisms, but I don't feel that he was gay. His autobiography (not, as the media calls it, his "manifesto") goes into very graphic detail about his masturbatory habits and sexual fantasies.

Well, that one person did include Aileen Wuornos, Mary Bell, and Myra Hindley on their vertical-panorama of cutesy-fied serial-killers. And as has been discussed here, there are fanboys for murderous women (at least, for young and cute ones like Karla Homolka.)
Perhaps I'm stereotyping here, but I could see a young gay-male Tumblrite with an edgier-than-thou attitude championing Sante, much as his far more civilized predecessors made idols of flamboyant femmes like Ethel Merman or Judy Garland.

Everyone here, who are the most interesting killers in your opinion? Serial, spree, or otherwise.
I always thought that the most horrifying one was Albert Fish. Harold Schechter's book on him, Deranged, is one of the best true-crime works I've ever read. I really suspect that 1930s America couldn't handle the unbelievably sick and grisly details of his crimes against children, so he sort of got dumped in a cultural memory-hole in a way that monsters of later, less innocent times like Gein, Dahmer, etc. didn't.

I've never been very interested in spree killers. Serial killers and cannibals have always been fascinating to me though. Jeffrey Dahmer, Armin Meiwes, Ed Gein, Albert Fish, and Robert Berdella are all very interesting.

And of course, I mentioned Sante Kimes, the subject of another excellent true-crime book, "other son" Kent Walker's Son of a Grifter. It's one of those cases where you wonder how someone got away with a thirty-year career of regular, blatant felonies, got caught and convicted for a bizarre, cruel crime (literally enslaving and torturing young women)...and wasn't watched closely enough after their release to prevent them from doing even bigger crimes, culminating in the murders of four (and possibly) more people in two countries. The book is an astonishing work -- it seems as if literally every page of the thick tome sports some appalling anecdote about Sante's psychopathic doings.

Maybe someone should make a true crime thread so this one doesn't get too OT. I'm really interested in this stuff but this thread was made to laugh at the girls who try to make yaoi of their favorite murderers
Maybe. Mods, if this is done, feel free to send my last couple of posts over there.
