The one thing that confuses me about this whole situation is the "air conditioning guy". What HVAC worker would load a gun for a client for them to shoot and murder somebody? And hold their gross looking dog? Is there any legal precedent for basically handing someone a firearm, that you loaded, that they then discharge negligently?

After seeing the footage front to back, if they were to go to court, I really think Boogie would be in trouble.
