You definitely raise some good points, and it's very possible that his harassment was noticed, but the reason we say Russ had nothing to do with her suicide comes from when he first claimed he was dedicating his book to her and several of Bailee's friends commented saying her suicide had nothing to do with him or any of his BS. They weren't saying "what the fuck, asshole! This is all your fault!" they were saying "please leave her out of this, you've got it all wrong." But it's definitely possible that Russ messaging her and claiming she was lying about having a boyfriend (as if her relationship status would alter his chances at all) distressed her further.

Even if someone from here had contacted her before her suicide, it wouldn't have been to harass her. They would have encouraged her to release any DMs he sent her. They would have expressed sympathy that she'd attracted his baleful gaze. Why would we make fun of her? She was the innocent victim in that situation.

This is the best way to identify a potential lolcow lawsuit. Whenever the list of parties starts lauding the defendant and lambasting the defendants you know it's gonna get good. Kimberlin. Schmalfeldt. Maddox. Greer. All of them fell for the classic blunder.

The full name of the woman in question was Bailee Dianne Barnard. For reference, here are all the screenshots I could find showing Russhole harassing and defaming Bailee (on THREE different social media platforms!). The harassment took place in either late 2016 or early 2017, if I recall correctly. Then there's Russhole's later attempt to spin the situation by claiming it was those damn dirty Kiwis who harassed the poor girl into suicide, and he had nothing to do with it, how dare anyone try to bring up how he harassed her! Also him claiming he's protected by fair use standards (but no one else is, hence why he's now suing Null/the forum), AND him ignoring the fact he was told by Bailee's friends that Bailee's suicide had NOTHING to do with any "bullying" (from Kiwis or otherwise) and that what he was doing was disrespectful.
Yeah, there is sooooo much evidence and testimony of how Russhole harasses women for dates and then throws a temper tantrum whenever a woman tells him no for any reason.
For one, there was the guy who worked on the same floor as Russhole who came on here to talk about Russhole's behavior at their workplace. That was the person who told us about how Russhole followed around/stalked/harassed women on different floors and he had to be ordered to stay on the one where he worked. (That was also the same place where Russhole would go into the room set aside for women to nurse/pump breast milk for their babies during his lunch period, keeping those women from using it, and how he'd leave it disgustingly messy.)
Then there was one of Russhole's former bosses who appeared on one of Racket's Greerstreams. His name was Cory, if I recall correctly. He was Russhole's boss back during the whole "Russhole failed to get laid in a brothel and sued over it" saga. He claimed that Russhole had literally asked him to proofread the fake letter Russhole lied about in court claiming Hof wrote it to support his bullshit case. He also said he had to tell Russhole several times to stop following/creeping on women in the store (both fellow employees and customers).
Next there's @NipplelessWoman who told us about how at their college the Dean would tell women to steer clear of Russhole because he was a creepy sex pest (instead of holding Russhole accountable for his harassment and stalking which was pretty shitty of him), and how Russhole would follow her friend around wherever she went (which by Russhole's own definition is stalking!) and it got so bad they bribed a homeless guy to scare Russhole away from where the two of them lived.
Of course I have to bring up the time he repeatedly accused a sex worker at one of Hof's brothels of having AIDS after she cancelled a reservation with him (because he started getting possessive of her and threatening/insulting other clients of hers). He blamed it all on his "anxiety" (AKA narcissistic rage) of course.
Don't forget his high school bathroom kill list, which allegedly included the names of several girls who had turned him down for dates/sex! An anonymous commenter on one of the news articles about Russhole suing Taylor Swift also alleged that Russhole had repeatedly tried to push her to go out with him, even though she told him she was a lesbian and therefore not interested. When she finally called Russhole out in public for his harassment, he allegedly shouted and shoved her.
On top of all that is the large amount of evidence we have of Russhole telling women they're horrible discriminating bitches for not sucking him his penis, and either telling the women in question to kill themselves or (like in Erika's case) threatening to kill himself in order to try to coerce them into sucking him his penis. (He uses threats of attempting suicide a lot to try to avoid the consequences of his behaviors, all the way back to his high school kill list investigation.) He's also publicly admitted to multiple women having to take out restraining orders against him!

The "legal aid" woman that did mine fucked them up, so I bought a book on how do do your own divorce.
It went ok until the ex decided to get pissy, and it went beyond what the book could tell me.
Spent 2K on a lawyer, and wish I would've done that in the first place.

And then he claimed since anxiety is a protected disability, he couldn't be punished/held accountable for things he said or did while anxious. That's why he claimed Hof banning him was illegal(spoiler: It wasn't). That's the most disturbing thing about him. He thinks he can't be blamed for the things he does if someone pisses him off, which is what abusers say.
I'm glad that Baliee's family didn't sue to stop him from using her name in his book, because while it was extremely disrespectful, suing him would have given him recognition he didn't deserve. He probably would have used that as "proof" that his book was true because why would people try to stop him from releasing it if it wasn't?

From what we can tell, when someone tells Russ "no" or tells him something he doesn't want to hear, he perceives it as being screamed at. I'm surprised he hasn't faced charges for harassment sooner given how he reacts when being rejected.

Russ may not be comfortable enough in his ability to speak to do this, but creepy autistic men who hit on you while at work tend to over talk and over share. They act like you’re an old friend and immediately tell you everything about their life while you force a smile and can only get in a ‘uh huh’ or ‘oh wow’. After 20 min of this they realize they need to let you talk so they can get your number. Suddenly they ask ‘do you live with a friend? ....boyfriend?’ Or skip that part and just awkwardly ask for your hobbies while they half listen and interrupt constantly while you try to give a polite curt answer. Sometimes they play the long game and repeat this process by coming in day after day after day to see you before finally asking you out.
Russ would be too impatient for that and likely would ask for their instagram or number the first visit. I could totally see him try to ramble about himself for 20 minutes as a pick up tactic though, until he remembers what he’s doing and asks to ‘keep in touch’ on social media.

No proof, but for all any of us knows, Bailee's family, friends, or boyfriend could've heard something or been in contact with someone from any site (or none at all) warning them about Russhole.
People react differently to all kinds of situations. Bailee may have been pushed too far by butternut's pestering. But sometimes when you're deeply depressed/in distress, you just want it to go away. So you don't tell anyone because telling them means reliving it and talking about it--even if she had everyone in her corner willing to protect her from harassment.

I doubt he alone would have had any major impact on her life and her mental state. He was just some rando creep on social media; attractive women have to deal with that kind of shit a lot, so he was merely one creep in the crowd.
That said, his harassment of her certainly didn't help the situation. With all the public harassment he did, I'm sure he directed more to her in private. We know from Erika's case that when blocked by women he creeps on, he makes multiple other accounts/spoofs other phone numbers to keep on attacking and threatening women. Even if he only provided her minor irritation or bother, she didn't deserve any of that, especially when she was obviously going through a difficult time in her life.
