Probably the most determined doxers, for sure. Keekihime and Demondice are already very plainly, obviously out there, photoshoots and interviews and all. No use trying to hide all that. Keek even tweeted on her other account that she has no plans to stop cosplaying, streaming, or making MVs.
When Fubuki announced that she had a boyfriend (it turned out to be her cat), her stream received 1500 dislikes within a minute of her saying it. It makes me wonder how many viewers tuned out immediately and never realized she was just doing a cat picture stream.

Having a significant other is an important part of the human experience and makes people happier and more fulfilled. If you claim to be a fan of someone but get upset at their happiness and fulfillment in life, what kind of fan are you, really?
I've heard that "real" idols like the AKB-48 girls are contractually obligated to not have boyfriends too, which surely can't be legal - I wonder if that's been tried in court yet. Maybe it's a Japanese culture thing, but if so I'm going to practice cultural relativism and say it's fucking bullshit.

Well, to be fair, when people found out there was absolutely zero pushback, there was not even some hags turned antis when they found out their onscreen virtual online bf already has SOME BITCH as his wife. Gwelu is controversial but that's because people started flaming him for being a camper in some shooter game and he embraced being an assholish streamer ever since. The second big controversy involved him griefing Hajime during the Nijisanji ARK wars, but he has since then stopped playing up his bad boy reputation and seems to want to turn it around.

The number of Vtuber whales is kind of terrifying. Fubuki has spent over $1k on FGO in one stream. And there was a video of Matsuri crying because she got more SC’s while whaling... Idolm@ster? (I forget) than during her anniversary streams.

Yes. This 1000% I think it's liking subs vs dubs has conditioned me to wanna vomit at a western interpretation at anime voice. Idk..
