Most miscarriages happen in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and 1 in 5 pregnancies end in miscarriage. These are the cold hard statistics of the matter. And if any of you have been following the news recently you might have heard about Chrissy Teigen having a miscarriage recently (don't look at me like that, I only know about it because my SO was talking about it with a friend) which serves as an example that even with a healthy woman who is doing everything right, the statistics hold true even in the best case scenarios. Teigen is wealthy and fit and no doubt had one of the top tier OBGYN's that only famous rich people can afford and still lost her pregnancy. Faith has none of that. Most of her prenatal care has been via emergency room visits because the Gunt can't afford or wont put out the money or effort to do anything about this pregnancy right.
She is under 25 and has been taking drugs, both prescription and recreational, and not just any drugs but psychotropic drugs as well as consuming alcohol. Further still Ralph has been smoking around her, and she also is most likely living a seditery life style, meaning she is not at peak fitness. And no Ralph, just because you smoke in your studio dirty ass bed room with the door shut does not mean that you are not smoking around Faith, because that smoke lingers, and if for some reason that crack shack has central heat and air, or is just as run down on the inside as it is on the outside, that smoke can also permeate to the rest of the house very easily, not to mention that it will embed particles into fabric and carpet, so since the bed that, we will assume you both sleep in (while laughing at the fact that your dumb ass is probably already relegated to the couch you fat fuck) she is sleeping on a bed that has absorbed smoke. All of this adds to the statistical probability and risks associated with miscarriage.
The baby might be fine now, but you are barely a quarter of the way through the first trimester, and nowhere near out of the woods. So as a famous basket ball american once said, "stop it. get some help."
