It means that after he faced backlash for being a friendless, intrusive, narcissistic, fetish sack and not a beacon of womanly bravery - he crawled to a corner of his house, away from the wife and kids he won't set free, stripped naked alone and slapped an over-the-counter Tens unit on his abdomen and zapped himself a few times until he had to drop a deuce. Now all he has is the faint hope his moobs start leaking with validation.
